  1. I was under the impression he said 'I think' The second sentence might have been better written that MU will play for the penalty... when perhaps behind. No great surprise for me there. No need for googly. No need to be astounded, stop playing to the crowd Joe, rolling around grasping your shin like that.
  2. Give us some information. What brand of laprop? What model of laptop. What operating system is it.... Windows? XP, Vista or Windows 7 Or is it a Mac (Apple) Do you have another monitor you could connect it to? I suspect it is an issue with the LCD panel but we need to eliminate simpler issues first. If you have a digital camera take a pic and post it here!
  3. Adrian Brody
  4. Make a screen copy and post it for us with a description. At first thought it is a screen problem, but perhaps it is just the taskbar.

  6. Eddie Murphy

  10. Yes I thought that Devil character made the film... Tim Curry was also in...... Home Alone 2, Lost in NY.

  14. I hope they don't require 1900 baht with each one!
  15. The Pattaya train line ends in Rayong I think, so that is not an option. You can book a minibus from pattaya which can take you to Snooky, with a likely overnight in Koh Kong. Overland from Koh Kong is via bus or share a taxi, I don't think the ferry service runs anymore.

  17. Cold Mountain.
  18. Cinderella Man.
  19. American Gangster.
  20. Perhaps it is what you can do in Pattaya the night before that requires the severe calorific intake of a British full-Monty breakfast. Can't go out shaggin' all night on a diet of bugs and rice!
  21. I changed my post that you quoted... in the matter of stuff like this you have to get the words right.
  22. Mine was drinking tequila (none of that salt and lemon crap, with a side glass of tomato juice) a habit that set me back a few years.
  23. If so rather sad, hardly an environment to cultivate new businesses. I agree that this is not a place to undertake running a business lightly..... Nor would I think employing the lokals to be easy on the patience..... Sorry to hear another falang has had to run with the tail between the legs. Good luck to him wherever he ends up.
  24. Oh, by the way you idiots, it is baht...B-A-H-T.... a bath is something Australians keep crocs in!
  25. Bangkok Bank. No such papers with me, I think I just had the passport. Now here is the caveat.... at the time I had a sizeable savings account, and I was required to open a fixed term deposit as guarantee for the cards (I say cards but originally only applied for 1, when I went to pick it up the guy had got me two, must be on commission). Another point is I have had an account with them for some years.
