  1. The U. S. Embassy has an outreach program to Pattaya (and other locals) a couple of times each year. This year it was at the Dusit Hotel. A half-day service. I filled out the papers there, and paid the money. I was told to call the Embassy in five days to see if the new passport was in. Did so, and it was. Did an up and back run and picked up the passport. From Pattaya to Embassy and return it was just under 5 hours. Extremely courteous and efficient service. Little Roy
  2. You have to take 900 baths before you can enter? I believe in cleanliness, but that's ridiculous! Little Roy
  3. Are you having a poblem with re-sizing again? I thought I told you that Cialis would take care of that. Little Roy
  4. Was in there last night with my No. 1. Was a Friday night and it was the largest crowd I have seen in there. Usually the place looks half empty as it is so large. Not last night. LOTS of business! My lady likes the place so much she keeps ordering beer for me so I will be willing to stay longer. Can honestly say I consume more beer at the PBG than anywhere in Pattaya. But it's not my fault! And my lady doesn't drink at all. Little Roy
  5. Dream on! Little Roy
  6. It's only water. So buy an umbrella. And quit being a pussy. Sheesh, grown men complaining about water. Little Roy
  7. $0.00 ....... and several times over about 4 years. She was a former Palladium massage lady who was being "kept" by a farang. She liked me better. Little Roy
  8. Pete, how about telling the story of the guy who took a swim from your bar Saturday night. I was there, but don't know the whole story. I recall suggesting we throw empty beer bottles at him. Maybe you could post names on the wall like the FLB does for bell ringers. Might start a new fad. Install a "walk the plank" location so those inclined could get their names added to the wall. I wonder if there is a category for that in the Guiness Book of Records. Little Roy
  9. .....and I'll be there. Have to apply for a new passport. Will save big bucks by avoiding the BKK trip. Little Roy
  10. I belonged to the Royal Garden/Marriott Spa until their fees went stratospheric. Now in my second year at Tony's Fitness Center on Soi 16. Cost is so low it's ridiculous! I pay only 3999 B for a FULL YEAR! Good equipment, AC, very clean, saunas, steam rooms, swimming pool. And I go every other day. I forgot to mention that towels, soap, and shampoo are furnished. Quite a bargain. Little Roy
  11. Have just returned to P after a 4 week absence. Took my No. 1 there last night for a look. Loved it! Prices are reasonable, music not too loud, and if you want to escape the music or whatever you just go to a table not under roof. The music stays inside. My lady loved it and has insisted we have dinner there tonight. Part of her feeling about the place no doubt is because Pete , Ann, and the staff were so friendly. It's good to have a place to go where the music is not intrusive and you can just chill. Little Roy
  12. I exercise heavily every other day. I see my No.2 for lunch (and stuff) five days a week. I take care of my No.1 seven days a week. I eat, I drink some beer. I walk a lot and perv a lot. I sleep well at night. Let's see, did I leave anything out? If I think of something I'll get back to you. Little Roy
  13. If you have too much time on your hands,....you need to get laid more! Little Roy
  14. 5 days to go! And will stay for 7 MONTHS! You may envy me if you wish. Little Roy
  15. You will retire in about three years? A possible complication is that the Thai government is always screwing around with the rules. Three years from now the rules/requirements may be changed. Try to stay informed so you won't have any surprises. Little Roy
  16. Sorry Oz. But I may have said too much already. Don't know who may be reading this. When you live here as I do you sometimes know too mutt. Little Roy
  17. Nope, No. 2 won it. So the equivalent of the Don Corleone family will now be running Pattaya. In case you don't know, his father is known as Kamnan Po and had to run to Cambodia to hide out from a murder charge. There is MUCH more to the story...but..... Little Roy
  18. And....what about insurance to cover the expense? It might be better to get the work done in your home county for that reason. In my case I have no insurance in Thailand. If I need the operation I can have it dont in my country basically for free. Little Roy
  19. No safe is worth a damn unless it is locked down SECURELY! Thieves have been known to simply pry the safe loose from where ever is it and take it with them. And you are advertising to all that your valuables are HERE. There is an old saying: "Locks (and safes) keep the honest people away." Little Roy
  20. The import duty on a car brought into the country is so high you will abandon the idea. The fact you are married to a Thai and have property here won't matter. You won't buy a "Jap" car? Big mistake on your part. Repair shops can be OK, but shop around. And they specialize on "Jap" cars, especially as most here are made in Thailand. Sorry I have sounded negative, but....it's the truth. Little Roy
  21. ......um......guys.....you came to Pattaya ......to watch TV? I can understand your state of boredom if you live in Nakhon Nowhere, but....in Pattaya? I live in Pattaya virtually full time. I have a condo. I have my lady of over 5 years. Oh, and did I mention I live in Pattaya? Granted the TV here sucks, but between CNN, BBC, DWTV (when in English), and Fox, I at least can be kept up to date with the news from home and around the world. Oh, in case I forgot to mention it,....I live in Pattaya. Little Roy
  22. 100 B? Most places that charge a "joiner" fee charge considerably more. Could be it is just a scam run by the night staff/security people. Challenge the fee with the hotel manager. If the fee is now policy...MOVE! Have never paid a joiner fee, and never will. Each time it was tried on me I refused to pay and found it was a scam. Little Roy
  23. And remember that when you buy you are just getting a shell. No kitchen. No furniture and stuff. Best to buy on a re-sale when you get see what you get and also get any idea as to how small/large it is by seeing furniture in it. Having said that, I have had my relatively small condo for almost 5 years now and love it. And I don't have or need a car or motorbike due to the great location. Life is gooood! Little Roy
  24. Most hotels do not have a joiner fee. Sometimes it is just a scam by the security guard and/ or the night staff. I REFUSE to pay a joiner fee and will change hotels if one is required. Have a talk with the manager. If he/she says it is a hotel rule......check out! Lots of fine hotels in town who will want your business, joiners and all. Little Roy
  25. The quality of the gals from Memories has certainly improved sincethe last time I was there. Will have another look soon! Little Roy P. S. I had better luck at the Champagne Go-Go just down the street. Had two threesomes from there.
