Naando's (Balti Towers) Indian Restaurant on 3rd Road

It wouldn't have bothered me if they had increased "Bite Me" prices by 10% ...or even 20% ...and left well alone.... -
Naando's (Balti Towers) Indian Restaurant on 3rd Road
Bullfrog replied to Evil Penevil's topic in Restaurants and food
I was bored this morning tidying up and came across a menu from the Indian on 2nd road near the Pattaya Tai traffic lights so thought I would compare prices. I have no connection with the place, I picked up a " free delivery" menu from there whilst walking passed rattassed from Bodega to Wat Chai one afternoon.... I compare:- 2 x onion bhaji 1 x chicken vindaloo 1 x Bhindi Masala 1 x Aloo Ghobi 2 x plain rice Naandos = 1160 Indian no name = 740 420 baht difference. But as EP says if the quality of the food is good it's worth paying more but as I have eaten in ne -

True ... but I have been in many Thai owned pickups that have little carpets along the top of the dashboard with trinkets on..... perhaps a little minature man pushing a carpet cleaner would look good..... -

I went in there yesterday with a date. I had the lamb dinner and he had a burger. I thoroughly enjoyed my lamb, the Yorkshire pud was perfect and he appeared to enjoy the burger.........

"It's affecting all flights globally - BA aircraft landing at Heathrow are unable to park as outbound aircraft unable to leave to vacate the gates. As a result, passengers are unable to leave aircraft, and many have been stuck for hours.

Interesting that you say that. Their office opposite Big C, Pattaya Tai was emptied out when I walked passed this morning. I have no idea when they shut up shop even though I walk by there at least twice a week. I only noticed because of this thread...

It is aptly named. It could be transported through time and space and fit comfortably into any UK seaside resort of the 70s....It even has holiday tea towels hung on the wall....As you say great greasy spoon food and service...It's just a shame the chef doesn't have a fag hanging out the side of her mouth dropping ash onto the plates... I am off to UK in August and will try and buy a Dorset tea towel for their wall... -
That is an interesting point...I wonder where they will do the swim..??

Seaside. It's a little greasy spoon style cafe where you can sit outside if you like to watch goings on.... The soup is Cambells condensed soup which Robins Nest and I-Rovers are incapable of putting in a saucepan, adding the correct amount of water and heating up... They do a breakfast for 130 baht....greasy spoon style with spuds too.....but not for me.... EDIT = I have vague memories of going in there before 9am once, totally ratassed, and having the mixed grill which I think was deliciously filling...I think..
