And indeed it has become worse than aweful. Great service from the girls but bad food coupled with closed toilets. Go there for a drink and you won't be dissappointed.. EDIT = for the first time since it opened the serving girls were asking for a tip "in hand"

I presume Pattaya Pete has managed to sell the place because as I mentioned in the "suggestions" thread the food had gone down hill .. but it wasn't until today I realised how bad it had become. Previously we acceptted slugs and snails in the salad as "a thai thing" but I sat and watched for 4 hours (because of the rain) as plate after plate was returned not even half eaten..... I guess the new owners are cutting corners ... so for me it is a place for drink only...

Yep that was first on my suggestions but the correct names esaped me....... also because they sell cider..!!!!

Bite Me would have been perfect for your needs!! A place I have walked passed that looks like it might fit your needs is the Bistro that was Pook Bar but I have never eaten in there.. Last year I would have recommended PBG (No aircon but doesn't need it - and it's not Buakhao!) but they changed chef and the food has gone down hill.. EDIT = Baht Buses are back to normal as far as I can see...

Aircon's a tricky one...How about Metro on LK Metro with food from the Golf place brought accross... I- Rovers is aircon but I have only sat outside so don't know if it has pool inside but I have never been served "good food" there .. Retox is aircon but allows smoking and food is iffy, hit and miss.....and I dislike the female boss yelling at the waitresses.....Having somebody serve you in tears is not condusive to a pleasant time... I have just thought of another place but it breaks my heart to say it....Does Retox Xtra (ex Bite Me) have a pool table..???

So here is a quick update..... My son's free step counter was bollocks.. I went to Tucomm today and walked around all 5 floors then took the lift down and there on the ground floor opposite the lifts was what I was looking for. They had a GPS GoLife 820i for 6,900 which tracks your route, distance, calories. There were also Zewatches that tracked your steps in the same shop and on the 3rd or 4th floor they had Garmin watches that do the same thing but surprisingly not GPS tracking models.. I am very tempted by the GPS facility of the GoLife 820i... Any suggestions / com

Just had a little heart flutter!!! I logged on to "Manage My Trip" and it couldn't find my booking!!! But then I found that in my haste I had spelt my surname incorrectly. Conclusion: Everything is showing booking confirmed..Seat selection in Premium Economy is showing 3/4 full Flying middle August and beginning September..
