I paid 400 bht a night last trip at Le Ketai. I haven't stayed at JP for a while, but I think it's around 600 with a pool and elevator. I am disappointed if such side sois are going to cost such amounts. I always thought of Lengkee and the surrounding areas as a long stayers area with reasonable prices, as it's not exactly tourist central.
