Burqa's in Walking Street

It was you who disagreed with the OP's opinion. I was merely saying that it can dismay a person to see these poor mistreated women walking along behind their husbands, not allowed to drive or even speak to people directly. It's feckin abominable imho. A receptionist told me a while back that when trying to talk to a " bhurka'd woman" regarding her dental appointment in the UK, the husband wouldn't let her speak. Women in bhurkas remind you of their barbaric treatment , and I am free to say so. ------------------------- Comparing burkha'd women to shirtless men is ludicrous. Maybe some -

When you wear your socks and sandals mate, you are free to do so. It is many peoples opinion that these women are ordered to cover up, and such mistreatment of women can be offensive and even ruin the OPs fun, just as seeing a woman yelled at or slapped would. imho. Local shop UK, the daughter of the owner dressed western until she got married. Then she dressed in traditional gear and headscarves. Did her dress taste change overnight? Or did her new hubby tell her what to wear? -
Sorry to hear that. Rightsaid was a very friendly and generous host.
-
No. Apart from the issue regarding that she is on the guys payroll, you might ruin a good earner for her.

Maybe they should ban all Japanese from gogos as their "attitude " isn't up to yours!!! The girls would probably be happier with zero baht and love Brits over the Japansese anyway -
Although I would agree with you that he is a good manager, has he won anything? And what is the criteria of a good manager? I would have thought winning trophies was. Therefore you would have to rate Souness above Moyes. And anyone doing well in different leagues would have to be highly rated as well, like Alex McCleish or Strachan. Both who learned their trade from your fave guy!
-
Celtic and Liverpool - Remember Dalglish and Barnes managing Celtic? Called the dream team! They ended up getting laughed out of Glasgow, they were so inept lol. Rangers fans had banners saying "the dream team must stay" Thought you were a b it harsh on Souness, mate. Was it 4 titles in Scotland, and some cups or a title in Turkey? Maybe managed top teams in 3 or 4 countries. Not a great. But probably above the average who spend a career with no silverware.

Your trying to wind me up lol! How many teams were in the European Cup when Stein won it? Was it 16? Main clubs didn't even enter it as it was a nothing cup back then. And he got through a game that was decided with a coin toss. That's how old fashioned and out of date that is. But your hatred of Ferguson and Man U is shining through. As is your inability to tell a good team / manager. Although Man U were famous and a glamour club, Ferguson has made them the record breaking winning team they are. Ask any manager from Allerdyce to Redknapp or even Wenger who has fallen by the way lol. Ele

Cough did get an equal rating with Sir Alex on League Cup wins! Longest-serving manager: Sir Alex Ferguson, 24 years (Manchester United, November 6, 1986 to date)[42] Most title wins: Sir Alex Ferguson, 37 (Manchester United) Most League title wins: Sir Alex Ferguson, 12 (Manchester United) Most FA Cup wins: George Ramsay, 6 (Aston Villa) Most League Cup wins: 4, joint record: Brian Clough with Nottingham Forest Sir Alex Ferguson with Manchester United Most FA Charity/Community Shield wins: Sir Alex Ferguson, 10 (9 outright, 1 shared) (Manchester United) Most Intercontinental Cup

Cloughs success compared to others? I am just surprised someone would have a favourite who had to leave the game unsuccesful and an alcoholic. No worries. I wouldn't expect you to have picked a winner lol. You think success is down to the entire English game being bent!!!
-
Did he not have a partner. Peter Taylor. And finish his career in failure? What was his success tally? I doubt it's a 6th of what Sir Alex has achieved and he done it with 2 clubs, and you don't get any less fashionable than Aberdeen. And where in Scotland was Clouhgh from?
-
Like Cole getting booked, but Man U not getting the penalty. I'm starting to think youy are bonkers mate and there's no point talking with you. Man U have put 8 past Arsenal, 5 past Spurs and beaten Chelsea and Man City. And you still point to referees as being the reason they are successful None of Chelsea or Arsenal could get a game for Man U. Anyway. Pointless talking to you as your mind is made up. I am unsubscribing to this conspiracy bullshit.
-
Or telling others not to talk about things as you say they don't matter!
-
Maybe due to so many cheap foreign players being in the game now, and they were always more skillfull anyway. Scotland hasn't the weather for outdoor sports and is wealthy enough that kids have other stuff to do than play football. Surely the same talent is there, but it isn't getting develpoed. And Bratpack was somewhat right to say that the coaching set up stinks. I hear people say on the radio that they coach the talent out of players.

Kossoff At least Connors, McEnroe, Cash etc could play the guitar. Murray probably couldn't coax a tune out of a cd player!

Agreed. It's only demeaning if the girls find it so. I'm sure any that do , wouldn't chase them or may even work freelance or not be a sex worker at all. It sounded like the girls were enjoying the money. It's not up to westerners to judge behaviour between asian groups. -
TBH mate, I can't see the logic that thew very few Scots " English haters" would have enjoyed a goal that was a cheat. Would they not have preferred a nutmeg, back heeler type of goal, rather than a goal that the English could use as an excuse? Imho, you lost 1 - 0 to a team that is genuinely to this day, usually top 5 in the world. And it was in one of their heydays. And it was only to a wonder goal by the greatest footballer ever. I am honestly surprised that the English still bring up that other goal. They are kidding themselves on if they thought they were better than that Argie side.

I don't know why Atlas brought up an incorrect claim , but let's not start a silly argument. Tom explained that any laughing is because it's still getting bleated about. You lost fair and square and have had bad decisions go for you in world cups. Fenwicks foul was as bad as his earlier shot, and Maradona's 2nd goal was one of the best ever. I saw the manager talk about on TV, Robson, a true gent, paid homage to Maradona;s skill and I have never heard anyone say they were scared to tackle him. None of it has anything to do with the tennis outburst!

I would also pick other places than Pattaya if it wasn't for the women, or for a family holiday. In fact, Pattaya is probably the worst resort I have been to with the worst accomodation and serves the worst food if you don't like Thai food. I prefer the climate in other countries , the hygiene, safety , beaches , transport etc. I would be astonished if any British non monger thought Pattaya was a good resort and have never heard of anyone saying so. Women or families. Just us mongers that mainly seem to like it. It's pretty much a single mans resort.

People can see that sort of shit on Jerry Springer. They watch tennis to see top quality tennis. No offense, but it's that attitude that's causing problems in society. Not sure what Vegas is like, but in the UK , everybody seems to get abuse for just doing their job, from shop assistants to teachers, bus drivers to car park attendants t5o nurses to fire men. People shouldn't be abused, end of. That umpire did nothing to get physically threatened / bullied by a powerful athlete. -------------------------------- Did one of the other sisters not get shot dead outside a drug dealers ho
-
Thanks for the explanation. Sounds strange as you say, missing Croatia out for Pattaya, but I absolutely take your word for it as you would know best what people from your part of the world do.
-
She was saying it was the umpire who was out of control! .
-
I can't understand why VB subbed Sturridge instead of Torres last night. Torres couldn't get a shot on target and Sturridge was their only goal threat. Chelsea are a boring team to watch just now. From the highlights, Arsenal were lucky not to get beat. Looking forward to the Man U game tonight

Sort of skimmed the post, but didn't see Pattaya mentioned. Does it even appear on any family holiday league whatsoever? You would think it would be top, as Joe say people are happy to sit on crappy beaches breathing pollution. And Patts certainly delivers on that, lol. Pollution and sewage are the new trend in todays holidays
