Dont listen to fools who visit once every 5 years, the condo I am staying at the guard knows the girl who stays with me say 5 nights out of 7 , if I bring another home he asks them for id, I am not sure if all condos do this but mine is good for it. I stayed at LKetai whilst looking for a condo I was maybe there 4 months maybe 5, the place is good value for money funny enough I stayed in the room in the picture for the 1st month its room 16 at the front, I had to move a few times as people had booked various rooms the staff I found very good a few times I locked my key in the door and they sorted it for me. No theft from the cleaners like other places, there were a few plumbing problems and air con but they fixed them all well enough. I did read a person on here bad mouthing the place, calling it "cheap" and stuff like that but its value for money not the Ritz though. I wonder if it would help the forum if people had hpw many weeks they had spent in Los before replying I read guys that have spent days here and they are experts, still I guess thay can be what they want on forums Maybe Donald Trump is a member

I agree I cant see the UK £ ever returning, the reason why most other countries have cleverer leaders with a decent strategic plan the Chinese wont do a UK. The UK will never retrun and will get worse and worse over the years, earn more or spend less thats the way forward

Two mates of mone have stayed there, its very nice owned by the guy that owns the J&P Court on Lengke, the pool is finished I was there 2 weeks ago the rooms are all brand new with a decent fit out for the price its very good. No in room safes but they have a safe room behind reception, J&Ps have the same set up they have never had an issue with security...

DD is a very good place the gaffer there TTT is dead straight, Areca lodge near by and dead nice place is Tims Boutique on second road, empty you could be anywhere. Rooms are nice aswell, you will have no issues staying there thats the reality mate. decent breakfast within 20 yards.

Can you pay into AVCs, they are tax efficiant if you are a higher rate tax payer the £100 you invest costs you £60 net, they are also freeing up pension pots etc with more change likely to come, if you buy AVCs take a big risk you have 15 years to go if you get some decent returns you could go at 55 mate, paying 40% is no good but you need to balance your life now with your future. There have been great returns in the last 5 months, I would hazard a guess your estimate does not include that period ? Either way mate you are doing well you have a plan and enough years to make big changes in retirment age or indeed return.

They are also doing a 3 year discount card, you get up to 40% off rooms, and get two health checks two free dental checks thats 9800, bit it lasts for 3 years guys on budget type insurance could stretch their cover as it were. Well once again you are wrong, its been proven even after 1 or 2 drinks a person will take moire chances, in the UK they are lowering the limit in vertain Nordic countries non is allowed. The UK limits were set 30 years ago, since then more is known ............
