Sorry but I disagree there. Why would you need one (or several) small bags with you for an air travel ? I only keep with me a small "pocket" with my passport, tickets, pens, sleeping pills and a book. Small enough to slip it in the back-sit pocket. I do not see what I could need else during a flight ? I am certain than more than 90% of said "carry on" stay in overhead lockers during all the flight and are here only because people do not want to put them as checked-bag, often thinking they could win 5 minutes to go out the airport. I am not certain it's the wrong side... Just on the right of this restaurant (towards Tukcom) you have 3 other Thai restaurants who are well known and nearly empty every evening ! So potential clients are used to come in this area when they look for a restaurant. Don't forget too that this restaurant is just a few meters from the 2nd entry/exit from Center Condotel behind the restaurant. This condo is more than 500 apartments and many people there use to eat in small restaurants around the condo. I think it's a good place, and even if it stay open only 1 month I saw it several time at least

One more point Stinky : These are prices when you deal directly with the electricity company, but in many places you have to pay through the owner or the condo management and it frequent to find prices like 5 or 7 baht/unit. I even heard of silly prices such as 10 baht/unit !

After that, if you go in areas where there are many many massages, like the Soi Boakao area, you will find mainly Oil Massage at 250 baht. At least, if you go in areas where there are too many massage places, like around Soi X-Zyte, yes you find 200 for Oil and 100 for Thai massage. But 200 is not the most current price for Oil Massage.
