Just checked the website, looks like it's a nice triple-wide shophouse, well appointed. If the building and business are for sale together, it looks like a reasonably good deal. If there's a lease payable, walk away.

Just got an email a few days ago from a friend of mine, telling me about this cheap draft and wondering why Mirage didn't advertise it. Well, now they are. When draft beer is that cheap, it tends to be warm and watery, but after the first 12 pints you just don't give a sh*t.
