The 233 baht place I have stayed at (V&M Terrace) is pretty well booked out by late October by long-stays. Way better value than Skytop (not a flame, just fact).

Quietest time is about 9:30 am any day of the year!

No joiner fees at Apex. They would go broke if there were. Take a night at Apex and then look around the next day. Location is handy for getting everywhere. Soi buakhow is good for cheaper accom.
