  1. I'm sure there are - not sure about the gung sandwiches though.
  2. A breakdown of the fare and charges is below. It doesn't include checked baggage or preferred seat selection. They are optional charges.
  3. I'm not having any problems. Running Mac OS X.6 and Safari 5.1.7 Edit in: This is what I get when I quote MM's post ...
  4. The Thai footie kicks off next weekend for those interested - Pattaya United's first home game is on 10 March at 6 p.m. As for my beloved Songkhla - relegation from Division 1 means that this season we will be playing in ... the Premier League! Only in Thailand! LOL.
  5. AirAsia is currently offering DMK-PNH for 1,290 Baht incl and PNH-DMK for 1,500 Baht incl with plenty of availability on both outward and return.
  6. This may be of interest to some guys who want to do Cambodia on a limited budget. Sounds a lot better than all the transferring and pissing around that was previously the norm.
  7. Smaller than what? - front wheels 14 inches with with tire size 120/70 - rear wheels 13 inches with tire size 140/70
  8. I had a custom seat made for my PCX (a company in Phuket) so that I can sit further back - it made all the difference (I've since found out that there is a similar, specialist company less than 300m from where I live). I assume the same sort of fix will be applied to the Forza. Where I live is surrounded by various mountain ranges and you can take a bit of a buffeting when driving beyond the city limits or along the open coast roads - a bit of extra weight wouldn't go amiss. At the end of the day, I'll have to justify the price (around 160K Baht at the moment).
  9. My Honda dealer was trying to interest me in the new Forza (even offering part-exchange on my PCX) - anyone tried it? In particular, I'd like some feedback on the riding position for folks who are taller than the average Thai.
  10. A non-imm visa is required - usually, but not necessarily, a B Type. The Visa is obtained by the individual. The company will invariably have to supply various documents to support the application. Be aware that the end of the university academic year in Thailand is fast approaching and many of the major companies have already started doing their milk rounds. The newly-graduated individuals will be your direct competition and they have the distinct advantage of being fluent in the local lingo.
  11. It appears to have been the answer (so far) for Man Utd this season (RvP). Many would argue that it's a better answer than binning the manager. It would be nice to see Utd to beat the 95 points that Chelsea managed when winning the Premiership a few years back - it may just show how resilient the current team is (not unlike Forest in their glory days). (That's the kiss of death for them - QPR will probably stuff them at the weekend)
  12. I think the briefings have been a bit better (and the guys better behaved) since the fallout from the Kitty Hawk "alleged incident".
  13. Hide from pictures to keep their identity secret? Is English not your first language, or what? Besides, how do you know what I have (or haven't) posted if you, as you claim, have me on ignore?
  14. I think it's back to e-mailling the managers of those 5 * hotels for Denny. Bit of a close call for parkroyal2 methinks.
  15. lovedog, Here's the deal ... each time you send me an inane, rambling PM, I'll post a funny pic ... up to you.
  16. I think AirAsia has been voted the best budget carrier by Skytrax for a couple of years now.
  17. lovedog, "Drop this" doesn't translate as "revert to sending inane PMs to BMs".
  18. I was thrown a bit when I had a quick check to see how many English managers there were in The Premiership. It doesn't bode well for finding a successor to Hodgson.
  19. C'mon, Lovedog ... I can remember when you gave me over 100 negative votes - presumably, just to be a cunt. I don't think you're really in a position to complain when someone returns the compliment. Or, is your negative vote "different"?
  20. I'm not so sure. For me, Harry's definitely one of the top four English managers in the Premiership.
  21. Certain stores are designated "Education Providers" in Thailand where you can buy direct without paying VAT. Saves around 3k on a 27" iMac. (at least it would if they had any in stock)
  22. I'm happy for Steve Clark. He's done an outstanding job with The Baggies and always talks a lot of sense.
