He can't be accused of making it easy for himself. Great stuff ... worth staying up for.

You drink that stuff? I thought it was only for doing the dishes.

I must admit that I kept this thread in the back of my mind when out shopping and finally hit the jackpot today. Makro Cash and Carry - 115 Baht/kilo for lemons, so 65 Baht for 3 big uns. On the flip side of the coin, has Tops stopped selling Robinson's Barley Water in the last week or two?
-
Where did you hear that?

There's already a thread on Thai Regional. You posted on it .... Thai Regional

Thanks for that. Under 80k to MAN in biz class with short stopovers is pretty good. -

The Japanese angle came about after the "patrons" of the bar attacked a Japanese film-crew prior to the 2002 World Cup. The story was well-documented at the time.

Berbatov appears to be set for Fulham. Could be interesting - a classic model with not very many miles on the clock for next to bugger all. I wonder if Hills will do odds Berbatov v van Persie for total premiership goals.

I worry about you sometimes. -
Kanagwa cost a lot less than RVP and will have a far superior resale value 4 or 5 years down the line. They both scored a goal, but Kanagwa's overall impact on the game was much greater than RVP's IMHO. The MEN summed up the difference quite well ...

Lots of "Johnny Foreigners" have looked good in August and September - cold November nights in Wigan are a different matter. Shinji Kagawa is looking far better value than RVP at the moment though.

3500 baht a day?
CheshireTom replied to skintpattayalover's topic in General Discussion about Pattaya
Well, yes and no. I assume you know what the liability is and you have either a Sor Dor 43 or a Sor Dor 8 to show your "status". It would seem rather negligent to intend staying in the country on a Thai passport if you don't have the paperwork to show you're exempt. Even future PMs who were born in the UK are liable. That said, a couple of years stay with free food and accommodation isn't to be scoffed at. -
Prachinburi registration?

Street numbering system in Pattaya

As already explained, village/hamlet (moobahn) number 5. "Then there is the Moo, also spelled Mu or abbreviated M., which is the village number, so the example designates village number 12 within Tambon Ban Mai." -
Just over 34 Baht or around $1.10 p.h. in Pattaya. Most places down my way advertise somewhere between 35 and 50 Baht p.h. for part-time waiting staff. What I don't particularly like is those places that charge a service charge but then don't pass that on to the staff.
