just booked msp-nrt-bkk and return (19,27-28,20) 16 Feb 06-06mar06 for $780 +tax (832) cattle class used $100 off vocher bought on ebay, $14 usd not promo fare, you get miles don't know why this comes up at 780 when all the other dates i checked where 1400 but i did ask, just booked has anyone flown the direct to bkk from JFK/west coast?

the beachs on the islands are nicer, but the water has just as my plastic bags and stuff floating around. nothing wrong with the beach in pattaya, granted it's not bora bora, but for just longing around and soaking up a few rays, ok, can even rent a jet ski for 5-600bt for half hour to cool down or go out to the parasail platform if you so desire. pattaya beach has to be about 5-7k's long so you can fins a spot

i would always recommend Soi 13 to newbies, Lek Dynesty Sandy Springs but not sure opn the construction right now, can be quite loud if construction going on. Soi 8 is good too Sunshine Flipper depending on what you like to do Soi 2 can be great place Sabii Inn Welcome Inn really don't think you'll be disappointed with any lenght of stay a concideration less than a month, stay in "regular" hotel staying over a month get a room for a couple nights then scout around. just do it cheers rb
