Could not connect last night
Kev replied to midlifecrisis's topic in Technical problems or questions.
I use version 52.0.1 on the phone from OZ and have had no problems what so ever connecting anywhere. -
Yes agree Jacko I do it with the above two as well, quite often cheaper the any walk in discount rate.

Yikes that is a LOT of Wine!!!!!! Now it is only 40,000 bahts a month - LOL - only kidding.

No haven't travelled with them before but I think the negative press mainly relates to if you want to make changes to your tickets. A few hours after I booked they sent the e-tickets which I checked on the Thai website and they were confirmed. Only thing negative I found so far is seat selection is at check in, which is no major drama. A friend of mine flew with the bestjet deal yesterday and she had no problems.

I booked a Perth-Bangkok return on Thai airways through Bestjet.com for $578 - that is cheap as...

Foreign Criminals in Thailand
Kev replied to Evil Penevil's topic in General Discussion about Pattaya
so where is the video link please Jacko? -
170,000 bahts for a key hole surgery job sounds expensive to myself, and yes I have had one knee done years ago (in Oz) and now need a knee replacement.

As always an amusing report, gee 10 years since swampy opened - time flies.

When the BIL and sis in law last went to Thailand for a holiday (last year) he was told by immigration he needed to put a full address on the card not just Pattaya and Chaiyaphum.

Slightly off topic but I bought the Wolf Blass chardonnay here in Oz for $7 a bottle yesterday, about 170 baht! -

An amazing special at Retox Game On (hate that name, BTW)
Kev replied to MM's topic in Restaurants and food
Good to hear small miracles happen. I brought 1 kg of steak over here from oz for the holiday in the village. Enjoyed every bite of it. -
This is not the same as Pattaya water park in Jomiten as well is it? This one seems to have a few more facilities, the other one had a slow overhead train ride and a cable ride from a high tower.

Sounds like being slightly sarcastic to myself, any sour grapes.

Many thanks for that Lanzalad. Amazing here we can buy meters of it pre moulded fairly cheap at Bunnings or Masters (big local hardwares in West Aust)
-
Hi Lanzalad looks like excellent value to myself and wish you best of luck in selling, one thing I really like about the apartment are the cornices between the ceiling and walls, when we were doing up my wife's house I was trying to source this but everyone said they don't have them in Thailand. Can you remember where you got your from please. We will be building a new house in 2 - 3 years time and I would love to have these in the house, it puts a finishing touch to the walls and ceilings.

Had no idea about this, when did that change? Was it in all states or just one because I'm pretty sure you can still tow a car in WA with a rope or chain. http://www.transport.wa.gov.au/mediaFiles/licensing/LBU_DL_B_DriveSafePart5.pdf

Thanks for the review Evil, might check it out in August when I'm over there on holidays :-)
