BEWARE OF ANY MEDICAL ADVICE YOU GET FROM SOME GUY ON THE INTERNET. ESPICALLY MINE. I've been dealing with high blood pressure for years. I've been on a number of medications over the years. The problem I've run into after awhile they stop working. My MD has to try different combinations/dosages to get my pressure under control. For many guys this is not something you go to your doc once or twice and your done with it. It's vital for your health that YOU monitor your pressure during the day. It will vary and you have to keep track of it. Ask your MD about an aspirin a day taken at night. High blood pressure can led to a stroke. I've endured three strokes. They tend not to kill you but they leave you crippled.

I find that d/l the latest and greatest firmware works well for me. As far as a map of Thailand goes. I have no recommendation to make.

I agree with Gary. One thing I do when I've purchased a Garmin GPS. I go online to www.garmin.com and d/l the latest and greatest software updates.

My local Pizza Hut serves mediocre pizza. I was at a party recently were Pizza Hut was served. Ate one piece and that was all she wrote. Did I mention mediocre?

Pizza Company on Beach Road makes a decent pizza for Pattaya. If they were in Philly they would go out of business quickly.
