Have flown Air France and KLM, and I wasn't impressed with either of them. The highlight of the KLM trip was enjoying a pint of Murphy's in Schipol on my way back

Excellent pics, thanks for posting them. Looks like Wat Arun will be added to my list of temples to visit.

Threadfucking again... Simple, anybody can just google "BigDUSA" and up comes with folding@home and the Pontiac Vibe owners club.... That's not stalking you!!! And I admit I'm weird!!!!

LocalYokul was the one who thinks it is a hardware problem. I was suggesting checking to see if there is processes running that is causing problems with his browser and the graphics output from it. If it was a graphics card problem it would affect more than just his browser performance. The bit i wrote about selling them on Ebay was what could be a very low cost upgrade for his old system,

And where have I recommended replacing expensive computer parts? As for replacing computer parts, with an old system like the OP has he could probably sell them on Ebay for a decent price as they are in working condition and upgrade to a newer, more up to date motherboard/CPU combo with integrated graphics on the proceeds. I recently sold an old Socket 939 motherboard with a Dual Core Athlon 4800 and 2GB ram for over £100. That is why, in my first reply, I asked if his system is a socket 939 - because there is still some demand for those, more than AMD Socket AM2 and Socket 745.stuff..

Not too bad....... and I don't need to use the central heating as much!!!! I crunch for medical projects doing research into Cancer and HIV/AID medicines, a worthy cause..

He could try that, but doing that "might" get rid of the problem but it doesn't help finding out what the problem really was. And then what we happen if the problem returns, Darkmancomes would end up re-installing his software again and again!!! The symptoms are those of a "process" hogging CPU or GPU resources. Using "Task manager" should give him an idea of what is hogging resources. My systems run BOINC projects on CPU and GPU so are running at 100% load constantly, and sometimes it does affect browser performance. If that happens I just suspend the GPU tasks whilst I watch the youtube video or whatever I am doing at the time. I run dual GTX670's and Dual GTX660Ti's. Surely somebody who runs Folding@home would know stuff like that.

Wow, that is an old system.... Is it a socket 939 or AM2? Have you tried updating to the latest NVidia drivers? Another thing I would suspect is Norton 360 is hogging the CPU... I would recommend dumping that and using a free one like AVG or Microsoft Security Essentials instead.

Happy 8th Anniversary Adam....... Hopefully I'll catch up with you in October and I'll buy you an Anniversary drink then!!!

Careful Gabor...... you're thread-fucking!!!! If you want to argue with Evil take it to the B & A section and refrain from infecting other topics with your petty arguments with other BM's.

And what's the chances of the Kangaroo's failing to win the Rugby League World Cup later this year?

I think it suits the BA livery very well, but prepare for the Boeing boys to call it ugly!

I have no problems flying on an A380 with a known problem, just like Boeing fanboys seem to have no problem flying on a Nightmareliner with a dodgy battery system. Interesting to see Airbus have decided to move away from Li Ion batteries for the production A350XWB's. Looking forward to my next A380 flight in October.

I believe BA is taking delivery of of it's first A380 this week with the wing fix installed prior to delivery..... Existing Operators are taking planes out of service to retrofit the wing fix.

Postponed rather than cancelled - now expected to be October 2014. Reason given "important technical moddifications" Thai's A380's will be going in for the "wing fix" so they won't have enough to add the LHR route until next year..

It seems as though I have upset a BM who is currently suffering from having to wear a gimp mask. I gave him a warning and that warning was given for a reason, which was explained to him, but it appears as though I have upset him. Well, if he had behaved himself he wouldn't have got the warning, but he chose to spit the dummy out.

I think your right...... especially since Gabor decided to continue spouting off...... So.... thanks for the support everyone!!!

Congrats to fellow mod LBJ on becoming a "visible" mod!

I do intend to enjoy the ride!!! And thanks for all the congrats!!! Well done Gabor, thanks to yet another of your threadfucks this topic has made it to page 3... be warned if you continue to threadfuck I have the powers to take away your privileges!

Just in case you hadn't noticed but there are sub-forums where stuff like relationships and places outside of Pattaya can be discussed. Perhaps you would prefer it if we removed those forums and banned all members with Thai wives and those that had the cheek to live outside of Pattaya and post about their experiences!

He'll soon have me hovering my mouse over his profile ready to press the button!!!!

Funny how this thread was to welcome me as a mod yet it seems Gabor has managed to turn it into another "I'm a victim" discussion!!!

Gabor, all you seem to do nowadays is constantly whinge about people having a "supposed" vendetta against you resulting in negatives votes against you and you criticise the way this forum is run. Have you ever thought that you are getting negatives for all you constant whinging and your belief that you're a victim of persecution? I'm surprised Martin has put up with you for so long!!!

Well, I've just checked my dates for October and the Emirates prices haven't dropped on those dates! Looks like I made the right move booking when I did.

Gabor - change the record!!!!
