Had planned a trip to Pattaya in the mid 80's with mate, but never got around to booking it...... and is wasn't until 2005 that I finally made my first trip to Thailand...... and have been back many times since, but not always to Pattaya.

There's a hell of a lot better places to eat with an "ocean" view in Pattaya...

Sadly Burger King isn't exactly what anyone would call quality food. Pig and Whistle, Queen Vic, Tropical Berts...... there are plenty of places he could take her without resorting to BK, McD and the like....

Apparently T1 in Manchester now has a smoking area air-side, even if it does mean standing outside.... but at least us smokers now have somewhere to go for a fix before boarding.

But you do have a choice during Songkran...... you can choose to be, or not to be in Thailand/Pattaya..... Songkran is a Thai festival, and Thais celebrate it how they want to.....

If there is one investment that is guaranteed to make a profit in Pattaya it is the toilet facilities in bar complexes!!! If you want to make money don't invest in bars... invest in toilets!!!

I'm always a regular customer of those toilets when I'm at Cherry Bar....... at least every 15 minutes....

Even if only 10 people an hour went for a piss he'd make a profit. That toilet serves several bars so it is highly feasible...

I wasn't impressed with them as well...

I've suffered back spasms in Pattaya too..... But I always go prepared, I always take my medication with me as I frequently suffer from spasms.

Bloody typical!!!!! Missed John playing in Pattaya cos I was stuck in England..... and what's even more depressing he is now going to be playing my hometown when I am in Pattaya!!!

Is that so? Then why have they ordered inspections of several other -300s not belonging to Southwest? Apparently a few others have already been found with suffering from fatigue damage...
