Try 'Valerian' which is readily availiable at drug stores.

Doesn't work for everyone, but worth a try.

I used Xanax when I had trouble sleeping. Available at the neighborhood pharmacy and not expensive. Get the .25mg and try one. If you are groggy in the morning, bite it in half. You want to take the minimum dosage.

An enthusiastic BG will wear you out, you should have no need to drug yourself

Are you going there to sleep? Better stay home then. I wish I can be awake for the whole duration of my stay in Pattaya. Sleeping is a waste and will regret it when you return home :chogdee2

Try melatonin . Available online without prescription because it is a natural remedy . Melatonin is the chemical that your body produces when your body clock says it's bedtime . The pills boost the level of melatonin in your body & make you feel really sleepy . They work well to help reset your body clock & overcome jetlag .

I totally agree with themook - You sleep like a baby without any of the side effects of Halicon. I usually get mine filled in the States, as I get them with my health insurance.

The best way to avoid jet lag on the long flight to Thailand is to avoid drinking alcohol on the plane. I know, it's a big sacrifice, but well worth it.

I looking for sleep aids I always want one with out after shocks....I use

Ambien as there is no after feeling at all. I used many listed here wih Temazapan being the worst. I would rather fall asleep a lil more slowly and wake refreshed....Also, many sleep aids don't buzz off the effect of Vit v as to its staying power. If I feel a bit buzzed after using viagra Ambien will cut that out right away, before I fall to sleep!.... Good stuff and ok for air travel use I'm told. A few of the meds excel in their power when you are exposed to a little lower percent in O/2 tghat occurs on planes. :D

A perfect solution -

Viagra and Ambien -

That way, you don't roll out of bed when you are sound asleep...

Vit v can provide people with non sleeping when you want to sleep.....the stimulated feeling and other side effects of the V seem to disappear, for me, before the sleep par of Ambien sets in....Sort of a Narcan for Vit v which could be a good thing as some of the side effects are really contraindications......Like elevated blood pressure etc..... Woopi, we can be hippies and take you drug to get high and one drug to come down.....My MD said there is no problem for me to take Ambien after a round with Vit V. However, there will be no spare power in the morning if that might be the case...OOOOOOOOOOOOp's, I'm not doing BG here! :clueless
