Good place for breakfast and an internet browse. Now with the used book store on Soi Buakhao near Soi Honey being closed, it's also the closest book buying location. They don't have the inventory the other place had, but it'll take me some time to get through what they do have.

My most important criteria for a hotel room

1) free wifi in room and

2) a shower in the bath or behind a door etc so as to keep the rest of the bathroom floor dry

3) location not east of 3rd road

 

Can anyone suggest a smaller list which would satisfy these fetishes? But not above 1000 baht (low season rate).
