Had a suberb meal at THE ROCKHOUSE the other day...couldn't help but try and fill the last slice of my PIZZA 'R' US (Soi Khao Talo) pizza down my gullet...whilst munching on a big mac with fries and a double whopper, slugged down with a suberbly watered down ice cold pepsi (Burger King supplied)...

 

The only place to eat your convenience food is in the convenient ROCK HOUSE on SOI LK METRO, the only place for the cheapest beer lao in town with such genial hosts and a fantastic foray of follies...

 

Don't forget the hype...forget all the shite...and get yourself into Mr Mulphys gaff, where you're sure to have a laugh!!!!

woah, woah , woah , lets get something straight, im not hyping my bar on the pattaya talk board.

 

i dont think ive even named my bar on the pattaya talk board, unless in reply to somebody asking its name or location.

 

the bar has not been reviewed on the site and i havent even described it.

 

hardly what anybody could call a hype.

 

the opening poster is a good friend of mine and probably well known to a lot of you. he is a mischievious bastard sometimes and i suspect this post is in connection with the ficticious review by john holmes jr, in which he states the food at the rockhouse is the worst in pattaya.

 

something that i fully agree with as we dont sell food and have no kitchen.

 

in relation to mirkwood, i dont know whats up your hump , i dont know you and your getting the wrong end of the stick.

 

in relation to heymarky, or as hes better known shrek , well this guy follows me from board to board slagging off the rockhouse , funny that as hes never been there.

 

his constant comment is about why does anybody stay there , its ONLY GOT 3 ROOMS, well mucker the rooms are constantly full , because they are 3 VERY NICE ROOMS.

 

i dont pretend my bar /guesthouse is anything other than what it is ,

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO MATE IS GET OUT MORE, THERES MORE TO LIFE THAN SUCKING UP SECRETS HOTELS ARSE.

Did someone get the hump about a post that mentioned a bar run by Alex (Mulphy) called the Rockhouse that's located in Soi LK Metro? The place that has 3 letting rooms that are well priced and so popular that they are booked up for months in advance? Have I got the right place?

 

God, don't you just hate the plugs for this place.

For me mulphy has not been pushing his bar and as this is kolobos's post(another bar owner) which was

aimed at big chief(now banned) and his other account name of something like LarrylimpdickJNR.

 

now i have nothing against big chief and i dont know why he was banned or what caused it, but if he attacks

someones bar stating bad food when no food is served then people need the chance to reply and give a truthful and honest reply, which in my opinion is being done.

I was at the Rock House in the past 4 weeks. Sadly I am back in the States. To get back on thread and off the jokes:

I ate the Gyros on the corner of Buhkao and LK at Rock House a couple times. 50 Baht for Chicken in a Pita with fixings and 50 Baht for my beer at Rock House. Then off to see Paa at Lolitas for total of 900 lunch and a girl....I wanna go back!!

 

I tell you LK and the Rock House are good quiet afternon jaunts.....I hope folks can get that information through all the haggles....I don't own a bar either. The Metro has a great bar and pool with wifi.

i know your a trusted level 3 member on secrets, ive seen some of your private thoughts on the secure area, your basically a grass, whos going from board to board reporting back to secrets and advising them on who should be banned or relegated to level 2 or refused entry to level 2.

 

nothing hypothetical about it , if you like i ll post the private pms and threads between yourself and the secrets mods.

 

you are a troll, and a grass, so therefor i think it is justified to say your sucking up secrets arse.

this might come as a surprise to you, but i have absolutely nothing against secrets.

 

i sometimes drink in secrets and regularly speak with some of the mods like psp or soi7 .

 

i quite like the bar, and the music and general atmosphere, its not my favourite place because the choice is huge but its alright , no complaints from me.

 

where i have a problem with secrets (the board) not the hotel or bar or any of the owners or mods is with guys like heymarky above , who post about me or my bar , but have never even been there nor met me.

 

to me that just makes him a sad individual, and hes not alone, there are several just like him.

 

the term sucking up secrets arse is in relation to my above comment to heymarky, and i dont wish to post any of secrets secure area shit on here but if he denies it i will.

 

so i ll repeat, i have nothing against secrets.

 

lastly jerry,

there is no point of me telling you on any board what my bar has to offer or why you might want to visit it, as you will understand that just leaves me open to suggestions of hype or to flaming from the trolls like heymarky.

 

suffice to say its an ok bar, with everything you might need to enjoy an evening in pattaya.

 

hope that wasnt to much hype for all you accusers out there.

This all getting a bit out of hand. Please remember discussion about other boards is not welcome here and cross posting private communications will get you banned.

 

I can see that mulphy is being picked on for reasons that are not apparent to me. Please cut it out and let's get back to some friendly on topic discussion about Pattaya.
