Looks like a nice place Kadafi.

How far from the baht bus route into Pattaya?

5 minute walk from the complex to the baht buses, or taxi bike for 20 baht can drop you on the beach front in like a minute if your too lazy to walk.

I have motorbike so i dont worry about baht buses.....

Most people dont realise its there, a friend in England is married to a thai lady and she told me about it and arranged everything....

The towels draped over the balcony are a classy touch.

I'll bet your neighbours love that.

Yeah well im a morning swimmer and just chuck them over the balcony when ive finished.

Sometimes i even put my wet shorts over the balcony, i dont see a problem with that.... :clap1

Worrying about your neighbours doesn't seem to be a priority over here Pap! :clueless Edited by jacko

I can recommend the complex. Security is great, the grounds and pools are beautiful. Free exercise area. They also have a couple tennis courts but you have to pay for the use. I own a third floor corner unit overlooking the pool.

  • 4 weeks later...

I am interest in any info you can give me. Looking to take a 3 month trip next March. Want to see if I would like to retire there. Have the website for the apartments. Want to know if they will do a small lease for my first longterm trip. Have been to Pattaya 6 times in the past. Never over 4 weeks. Have been looking at some other spots.
