Does The Butchers Arma on Soi Buhkow have a web site, if so please provide link. Also anyone provide any info on the rooms, girl friendly?

dont think the place has a website,it didnt a couple of months ago anyway.I went to the butchers arms for a drink quite a few times last trip and one night asked to look at their rooms.

i was very impressed,they were priced at 650 upwards the bigger rooms obviously costing more but good value not a ripoff, and they were very modern and clean,i think your tg of the moment would be impressed.if you chose this place i reckon it would be a good choice.i had one or two meals there as well,no complaints whatsoever....and yes they are girl friendly. Along with kilkennys, guinness, and john smiths on draught its a good place.

No website and singhapleez is right, the rooms are done up nicely with dark wood all around. They do not have a website and I think the maximum room price is 950 baht. One quality pool table and the food ain't bad either. They are girl friendly, but I did not see heavy traffic with people running in and out of the place so use your judgement with your activities.

 

There is a CD/DVD player and the standard cable TV channels.

 

Anyway, I only have 3 pictures (from December 2006) of the place and here they are:

 

Mirrors on the closet to make the room look bigger.

 

Apologies for the towels hanging over the chair...

The bathroom has an enclosed shower to keep the water in one location.

 

Nice and comfy bed

 

I can recommend this place as a clean, modestly price guest house located in Soi Bukao with everything you need nearby.

I've never been in the rooms, but I ate there on a few occasions.

 

For anyone looking for a decent, slightly out of the way place to stay, it might fit the bill. The location is good, and the price seems OK.

Slightly over rated food for the price,not the worst but sure not the best in this up and coming part of town.

I thought their food was fine- not the cheapest you will find, but you can expect to pay a bit more for an aircon pub.
