was just reading on the thaivisa website that sois 6, 7, & 8 have been clamped down on today and bars cannot now open until after 6pm ????

Yes my Ex (bless her) received official notification that her bar can open as of now, 6pm to 2 pm inclusive.

This was as much as I was able to get from the site behind the link:

What is there to do on Soi 6 during the day...there is only a few other places other than the bars e.g. a bank, a hotel and a cafe...

 

I can't see these bars making as much as they used to do in the 7 hours between 6pm - 1am. Maybe they will start opening later till 3 or 4am like the beer bars.

Sorry for earlier server problem. Have no freakin idea what the issue was. Ticks me off. Disabled one stat plugin that had been fine for months and it seems OK.

 

Probably cost myself about 400 page views over the 4 hours I had that problem

Well if thats the case ,looks like no more afternoon bar crawls to soi 6

 

Will be some pleased establisments,like

Dark Side

Jade House ,ect,ect

 

Also if you like the soi 6 girls ,take telephone number ,meet her in your hotel room before

she start work

 

Maybe Pete could go touting and get some of these ladies to attend his freelance bar before

they start work

If the 6pm-2am licence opening is upheld everywhere, then bars/clubs all will close sooner or later including the likes of TQ etc etc

he says there (council maybee@?:) having another meetign about this today .. it may only affect gogo's and music bars .

a sure way round it for them all to sell food i guess

LOL.... yes, previously there were too many distractions en-route to make it al the way down the street. I bet the deck chair renters at that junction are doing a roaring trade......soon there will be a herd of FL gals congregating there like the Nana carpark at 2am. I can see all these guys emerging out of soi 6 onto the beach road, looking bewildered, lost, confused, frustrated. And they won't have had their pockets picked by the katoeys so flush with cash!
