I don't know the ribbons without looking them up

but the two actual medals are markmanship medals - everyone gets one if you qualify with a weapon - and note the ROTC on his lapel = Reserve Officer Training Corp.

 

He is a college student at best and not a real soldier.

 

Nice joke pic and good for a chuckle. I just couldn't resist pointing out a few things as I am ex Army.

I dont think this photo is a fake, I have a whole set of these that include the wedding group and a few before and afters that a mate sent me.

I dont propose, sorry no pun, to post the others in the set, but if anyone wants to see them PM me an email addy.

Bravery of this kind is a long military tradition.

 

The unofficial emblem of, I think it's A troop of the SAS looks like a red scorpion on a blue background.

 

In fact on close inspection it's a pubic louse..........Apparently one was found in the moustache of a regimental sgt major.

He actually was in college and was going in regular army once done with school. That is a true couple those photos have been around for awhile. They used to be on myspace or facebook can't remember.
