I went to Misty's 2 or 3 times in Feb and had a great night out. Some very hot girls on my lap and all smiles. Even the Mamasan bought me and my mates a round. I'll always put this place on my list every visit as I felt very comfortable when there. The place was busy each time as well.

 

Why do people whine over 20c/40c is beyond me?

I have always been a Misty's fan both the old location and new. My first trip from Bahrain I pulled up to the place met Party and LDK, they didn't know me from Caine and off to eat, set me up in the Penthouse and looked out for me and my mass orgy that night.

 

Never have to worry about getting chased down if you forget to pay your bill. People buy you drinks and the music doesn't suck. Have pulled more than my share of multiples and some of the best ST's upstairs I've ever had have been here.

 

To each their own, I don't worry about the cost of drinks, I worry about service and the ownership backing up the bar and ladies.

 

Of course I don't pull off of beach road either, but to each their own.

Good that some gogo owners are addressing the credit crunch! The 2 week millionaires will never worry about cost but the expat regulars need a little help with the poor pension exchange rate etc.

 

1 point to make is that Pattaya is in a scenario of "slow-boiling the frog".

 

By that i mean that the costs in Pattaya have slowly sneaked up and every one just accepts it now. I have just returned from Bali a few days ago and the prices there are stupidly low. In a top nightclub a bottle of beer will set you back approx 40baht and a pepper steak meal in a nice restuarant is 60baht!!!!!

 

Whilst you think your beach rd DVD's are cheap at 100baht ....they are selling them exactly the same for 20baht in Bali!

 

Thailand aint cheap any more!

You have to be good at mental arithmetic to determine how much anything costs....., at near 12,000 per US$ it can make your head spin. I didn't notice much P4P where I stayed but it was a quieter beach area. Some very attractive girls working around town though.

I dont think you can compare anywhere in Indonesia to Thailand or Pattaya. I have been to Jakarta and there was P4P but the place is dangerous. In some areas you cannot walk even 50 meters without the risk of getting robbed or shot.

...I've been to Mistys and walked along Beach Road...

 

The difference?

 

One set of girls were wearing bikinis in one of these places and there were more customers to be found per sq. metre in the other place.
