Idefix, as PSP says I have no financial interest whatsoever in Misty's, never had. Though I do help with the inventory

 

I stick up for Misty's because these are my honest views. I call them as I see 'em.

 

I stand by my opinion of the lesbian show. I think if you'd stuck around long enough to see it you might have agreed with me. Then again, maybe not. It's just one man's opinion, albeit a very informed one.

 

I've stated before that I see a clear trend: Most of the guys who slag Misty's on this forum have low-paying jobs or travel to Thailand on a strict budget. Those who have money to spend, tend to have a good time, and find Misty's is a lot of fun. You, Idefix, are what my statistics professor in college would have called a 'confirming instance'. In other words, you fit the trend. Lots of whining bollocks, no money in your pocket.

 

I've seen the shows at Baby Dolls and think they're quite good, but not a patch on Misty's. But I don't drink in Baby Dolls anymore, due to a matter I've discussed with the owner and won't go into here.

 

I don't know why some people have it in for Misty's but I've noticed a lot of the "complaints" are flat out lies -- 200 baht for a drink, etc etc. And often from guys who have never set foot in Pattaya, like Arno.

We can often get what we want from statistics, it just depends of what threshold we use

I just would say that I am a kind of "early retired" living in Pattaya for 3 years; that I own a nice 100+ sqm condo overlooking Pattaya bay and that through my company abroad I earn lot of more money that I could spend here on a daily basis

If your statistics indicate then that I am "on a strict budget", it does not bother me

 

Those who have money to spend, tend to have a good time...

and find Misty's is a lot of fun.

I do agree with the first part of this sentence, and I often get a good time and a "nice" bill late in the evening , but I just choose (or prefer) other places in Pattaya to spend this "strict budget"

 

End for me of any discussion about Misty's on this forum.

The ideal candidate will be able to tell the difference between a mug of draft and the warm watery piss they serve at Peppermint, Showcase and Living Dolls. Or between a gin and tonic and the methylated drek most other bars serve.

 

If you can't tell the difference, or 15 baht is too much to pay to get the real thing, don't set foot in Misty's. If I were that obtuse, I sure wouldn't.

The other thing about these guys that slag Misty's also tend to only slag bars. Haven't seen one of these guys ever offer a suggestion of good bars to go to. Perhaps they should state some bars they would suggest over Misty's.

I realy just don't get why certain people always the same 3 or 4 posters always seem to have a dig at mistys you don't like it that's your choice however whenever anyone posts about mistys you come up with the same winging shite every post it gets boring. I must say that Misty's has gone done hill a bit in the ladies looks apartment since last year or even earlier this year, maybe it's the low season I don't know!?

I agree that the bang on strap on lesbian show was the best one I've seen since the haydays of CEB, very sexy looking girls as well,especially number #55!

 

but...last times I was in there things had changed, fewer average looking dancing girls, desperately hunting for ladydrinks, the old show no more, instead two new lezzie-tables built on each side of the central stage with continuos rubberfoamhose whipping action a la What's Up even some of the music was the same as in the more successful competitor bar from across the street!?

Don't know if that's the way to go to just copy another bar, needs something more genuine and unique I think!

Most importantly needs goodlooking girls!!!

Pity because a nicely layed out bar with lots of potential, sadly the girls looks don't match the upscale looks of the bar!

I always liked the old Misty's. The new one is definitely a more modern updated version I guess you could say, but what else would you expect with a WS location. There were always some good lookers when I went in there, although its been a little bit. I know Misty's is very well capable of running a fantastic lezzie show, as I recall a past party of mine there thanks to Psp.

Why would I want to bet? If you find what I said to untrue of you then show me a positive post you have started about a bar or any other venue for finding women for P4P. I didn't find any, but I have to say that I really can't be bothered go through your 7800 and counting posts.

 

Interesting that you would reply. I never pointed my comments at you. I was just pointing out that there are some posters that jump on any bars that are popular but not cheap. Anybody who says anything positive in defense of said bar is accused of having some interest or being a shill. I can point out several posts where you have done this but I never singled you out in my post.
