Why do you guys that have no intention of buying anything (Papillon etc) feel the need to critisize and pick holes in every place that's for sale.If you are not interested why try and spoil someone else's chances of selling.Incidently I am neither buying or selling

Because the vendor doesn,t make childish inane comments as you have done on almost every listing.

Vendors have been known to embellish and even misrepresent. Since this isn't just the classified section of a newspaper 'questions' and comments benefit the board. If whatever is being hawked is a good buy, and the seller confident enough, the item will sell.

 

I guess some disadvantages come along with the free advertising to a target audience.

 

(Even the board owner permits criticism of his bar.. quite refreshing)

Do you even understand what I meant when I said 'Legit condo'? I don't think you do because you continually show what an imbecile you are whenever you post.

 

I know what I'm talking about. If that brown fitted wall unit was ripped out the place would sell faster, guaranteed. Even if it cost 50K to have it built.

 

Yes, the positioning of the doors will piss most people off after they've moved into the flat. That whole wall on both sides is ruined from a furnishing perspective. Absolutely no need for double doors to be there other than the fact that they forgot how they were going to get a large bed in there when they converted two studios into a one bed apartment.

 

The property up for 3.4 Mill is just overpriced. You'd buy it though because you are a Fuckwit that pays over the top for everything regardless.

In my own case I see stuff that makes me see red ,like when a guy was selling a bar and described the pavement outside which was not owned by him as "outside space",but still included some of that space in his estimate of the bars size.

In other cases I might have been interested but the Facts as stated did not seem to corelate with things that are of the real world.

There are sellers with 'ambitious' prices and 'glamorous' descriptions. Heck most of whats offered here is for sale in Pattaya lest you forget - a locale noted for the prevalence of two legged piranhas constantly on the look out for the wide eyed and naive.

 

Personally I find the value of this forum is in the interjection of those that know both the scene and the real value of stuff 'on the ground' - those who in fact have been 'n done as opposed to those who can speculate on how they think things should be. If they are at times a little acerbic in the delivery of their criticisms well believe me a decade or so of the place will do that too you, but hey I dont mind getting a chuckle out of reading the comments as well as the insight ;)

 

I dont think Papillon is playing the role of some archetypal troll as intimated by the OP, far from it, in fact his observations on the properties for what I can see are right on the money.

I had thought that as well. Seemed like more than the 4 times it was. I had thought condostreet had stopped posting because of negative comments, but he has posted since. Let's not discourage guys from advertising condos.

Anyone see the irony in a certain BM commenting on interior design when he booked a GH who's rooms resembled a junkshop! Double standards lol. Every one of those condos was better in decor and value.

Did I buy the Skytop Hotel? No, I just rented a room there. No double standards.

 

If you want to do a comparison between Skytop and a rental unit that has been advertised, which I've commented on, go ahead and I will reply.

You're not going to buy any condos in Pattaya either. You prefer PI. But for you to comment on interior design after booking Skytop, is laughable. You can never seriously criticize accommodation again.

 

I agree with you when you criticize buying in Thai company names. That is worth warning newbies about, imho. :thumbup

I don't see anything wrong with people expressing their opinions. It might keep some poor sucker from making a mistake, especially in a market like Pattaya with all its scams.

Obsession thanks for your support but I have realised that when Papillon is caught out on any post he can,t honestly defend, he reverts to name calling.He describes me as an imbecile and a fuckwit.Obviously Pattayatalk is his life and we who have other things to do in our life, should sympathise with such a sad person.
