Displayed prices are for multiple nights. Check the site for price per night. I see hostels starting at 200b/day and hotels from 500b/day on agoda.

I have regularly stayed here for the last couple of years and really like it. Now it is not a luxury hotel, but good value for the price. I stay in the more expensive wing (right by the front desk) which I believe is Sutus 1. Paid 850 baht a night last June, July and August. I never asked, but never had problem bringing anyone to my room. Big clean rooms, good A/C, big bathrooms, small balcony, a couple of pools, good free Wifi, and great location. No in-room safes, but small lockboxes behind the front desk.

I would just stay below the 7th floor as the water pressure, although not bad, was not as strong as lower floors.

any fees for guest, is it GFrindly

I never tried to bring more than one girl and there were certainly no fees for one girl. I did go up to the room a couple of times with a friend and his girl friend just to show the room. So there were four of us going up at a time and no one tried to stop us.

Thanks LasRobos some places charge to bring girls back

Yes I am aware of that. And some places will only charge if you bring more than one girl back. They certainly did not charge for one girl and I don't think they charge for more than one, but i cannot be sure as I never brought more than one.

I fancied staying in Soi Buakou so I looked at this place on the Internet. I got a bit confused with the different buildings and what have you and have decided that I will have a look at the place next trip to see whats what. I think that looking at 3 or 4 different places while your in town sets you up for future trips. Some places you will love and some you will hate when you actually get there. Its so much different from the brochures on the net. I have also found that some of the more expensive places are not worth the money and some of the cheaper places not fit for the dog.

I stayed there six months ago for a few weeks. It was a good. I stayed in zone two which is a bit older but has private entry from another street so if you dont leave your key at reception to can come and go without them really knowing. big rooms and very good value i thought. am trying to book for two weeks again now for a stay in mid to late feb.

I stay at a hotel where there is no reception desk for the wing my room is in so you can bring in as many girls as often as you like and I had a freelancer nick my phone!

Now unless I know the lass I and where she works I make sure they register with the reception, that's what they're for.

The one time I had a problem with a girl in Pattaya I was staying at this place (it was 3/4 years ago)I called the night manager who came up and got her out of my room with minimum fuss ,so It was a big plus to me that I was staying there when the problem occurred.

Any of the "zones" that AREN'T recommended? PS - the email address listed on their webpage is failing...

I have only stayed at the most expensive zone as it is easiest to get to and I believe it is the newest. My understanding is the cheaper the zone, the older the room.

For me, the less than 900 baht I paid a night easily fits in my spending plans so I did not even consider the other zones.

You have me worried now! Sutus Court is my favorite place to stay in Pattaya due to location and price/quality combination. A lot of Thai girls don't like to stay in a hotel where deaths have occurred!

The map on their website is useless b/c its not zoomed at all and is the satellite view w/no street names. So I go to google maps and and enter Sutus Court and 2 locations appear. One is at the entrance to Walking Street (LOL#1)and the other, showing their address:420/100 Moo 9 Soi Buakhao, Pattaya, 20150, Thailand,is in the parking lot of Pattaya Bay Resort.LOL#2.Is it indeed near PBR?I like the level 1 rooms and have sent an inquiry asking if they offer a monthly rate.

I am here now. Boss plods everywhere yesterday, The pommy bloke who has lived here for 14 years (and therefore is self appointed expert) tells me the russian was a sex game gone wrong and the Israeli had a bad ticker but took a viagra and a BG combo . Staff and police very discreet and business pretty much as usual. Israeli was in the back rooms behing the pool and the Russian the side ones near the jacuzzi and with an entrance from Lengkee that is impossible to police. Death by misadventure I suppose. Like the moron near the Dogs Bollocks last night who was going to use a sheet to glide down the power lines in Soi 13/1 about 9 0'clock last night and had all sorts of Thais yelling abuse at him. He didn't do it in the end but the chances of success were probably not in his favour unless suicide was his mission.
