I know the chap that has the largest sales office in VT5 a decent chap he is , you get some weird stuff on boards

Dontang Beach use to be more gay than it is now. A lot of Russians in the area. I live close by and do my morning walk from police station to end and back. About 5k. 2 complete laps about 1.5 hours. Nice beach to relax under umbrella with beer, snack and book. Take my family down with no problems.

Dongtan Beach is no more of a gay area these days than other parts of Jomtien or Pattaya. As a matter of fact the best and upmarket condos are situated along Dongtan Beach, unlike all the substandard places between Soi 1 all the way up to your Soi Chayapruek, with the filthy beaches and countless dirty beach umbrellas and annoying vendors.

No offence, but if that unit is in VT5, the owner must of stripped out a kitchen & furnishings from their VT1 unit & threw it in.

I would question the claim to 48sqm as in the pics it looks no bigger than the 32sqm places I have stayed in.

Yep, that was the biggest turn off for me about Jomtien. Like being in Rostov-on-Don. Other than that, the place would be OK but cannot handle the Russkies 24/7.
