I think 1k baht is his limit.Oh,you mean for the condo.

I lived on 14th floor of 2A and my next door neighbor had a corner unit-very nice on the 2B end above the pool.

Building B isn't an option... only building A...

Hi Gabor.

Not so many apartments in these corners. 2x15? I would print a small message, telling you could be interested to buy, and would post it in in each of the concern letter boxes, with mention to make follow to the owner (in case of rent).

Nothing to lose to try that ;)

Being too ardent drive the prices high.... :yikes: just like with the girls... :tits: I just play with the idea ...to change my condo for a bigger one... I was happy here for 10 years... so no any hurry...

Why don't you make an offer for this apartment ... :thumbup

Thanx for the idea...but I don't need a double unit...even not for 59.000 baht/sqm ... recently my best offer is a corner unit for 36.000 baht / sqm....but in a middle floor... i will accept it if i will not find any better... ( not only the price ) if the 35000 / sqm will be accepted... I'm not hungry... just playing with an idea....

I'm sure Gabor can negotiate him down to 20k Baht/m2. :thumbup

Nope... i think, the 35.000 / sqm is fair...

Good idea but there are no individual letter boxes.Just 1 one each floor for all tenants on that floor. It is adjacent to the elevator.A small sign posted on the bulletin board on the bottom floor may work.

Actually, there is a small individual letter box outside of each of the condos... and a small note inside of a sealed envelope marked "Attention Owner" might actually be the best option to see who has the thought of selling in the back of their minds. I don't know what the premium is for a corner unit but 2 million for a single unit would be a fair price.

Not when I lived there in 2008-09.Thanks for the update. The bulletin board at the entrance and on the shop window in the lobby also works.

Just out of curiosity, what's wrong with Building B?

I've heard bad things about View Talay I, but I've never heard the difference between View Talay II A & B.

The only difference is about the long walk from the street to the building B. I may be lazy, but still really important difference for me....
