First very poor performance mate.

Norwich sussed us out, they pushed on our back four who were useless at controlling and passing.Second half houghton knew that we would have to go long ball style, when Crouch came on,Abit of pressure but it was one of the worst performances since we were in the premiership.Hope this doesnt happen at Fulham,we need 3 points there

Agree Brat, but we are becoming all too predictable, IMHO.

Passing it more is great in theory, and this is where stats can be misleading, but there needs to be some sort of purpose. Final third is dire but we did look better the second half. Cameron and Marko the best of a bad bunch.

I'm not convinced "CanWin" is our best starting option. First touch very dodgy, work ethic minimal and very limited control on the ball.

At the other end ... Liverpool and Arsenal looking contenders... for now.

He left a team that won the league by about 13 points.   Everton are above Man U , despite Moyes taking their best player of last season to Man U. Moyes isn't up to the job. He never could motivat

Do you think Man U would be 14 points behind the Leaders at this stage of the season if Fergie was still Manager?

So we can assume your in depth analysis and solutions for my team are based on this riding statement then ?

Go to daily mail and read a worrying article about player unrest.Coates has had to step in and demand that no more negative talk about Pullis in the dressing room and Scholes too. This was started with kj critisising Pullis mid week and Shawcross facing up to him at training, and having a go at KJ.

Worrying times if this is true, can cause a divide in the camp, and may give a hint on how poor we were sunday.

Yes, good stuff. They do not show the whole promo now on TV, just snippets, but it always makes me chuckle. Glad you enjoyed it.

I see that Chelsea's best striker scored another goal tonight... that makes 4 in the past 3 games. That's 4 more then the other 3 strikers who have a combined total of -0-

Will someone please explained to me how the manager got the nickname "The Special One"...

What can i say about Stoke city AGAIN.

Good possession against one of the poorest teams i have seen us play away from home. 2 decent penos turned down, 2 Huth headers cleared off the line, awful shooting, then a natural goal scorer comes on and scores from a very poor pass by Whelan, game over.

btw

I thought Whelen could have been sent off for his tackle, due to very poor ball control,a story of his life.

What i saw today didnt worry me regarding the football side, not bad to watch, what worried me was the diving by Pieters, albeit a hand was raised and smacked it,he went down like a sack of spuds, hate to see that in my team,we are better than that. The Fulham player should have walked,as he did swipe Pieters in the face, the same as if a player swung a punch and the other player ducked, still a sending off.

Hi,

West Brom were the team of the weekend for me. After beating United last week they could have beaten Arsenal this week. West Ham had a great away win against Spurs but they have to prove it wasn't a blip. Man City have a great win against an always hard to beat Everton. Finally congrats to Southhampton for getting into the top 4. Pochettino's success has probably helped Poyet get the Sunderland job. p.s Stoke were robbed in London.

Thanks for taking the topic away from one team.

My whimsical, sentimental pick of Liverpool early on is coming along nicely.

Hi,

Liverpool with Suarez and Sturridge could go close. I feel they are a bit weak at the back however.

Not as weak as City is turning out to be.

City is just poor performance though and could be improved upon. Liverpool and even moreso Arsenal (bearing in mind their Euro commitments) have no cover in depth; should injuries and inevitable bans occur. Both of these teams have proven to be strong for only part of the season in recent years. I seem to remember Arsenal "blowing" everything in the space of about 10 days (all 4 competitions) not that long ago. :allright
