It's a chicken breast beaten out flat, appox. 1/4" thick, stuffed with sliced ham, swiss cheese, parm. cheese , sliced mushrooms and some white wine cream sauce, rolled and wrapped with bacon.

Looks good. Very labor intensive to make, though.
