Nearest gym

Can anyone recommend a decent gym with free weights close to LK Metro? Need to get my fix before my mate gets up about 2pm and forces me to start drinking alcohol again ?

I used to stay in the LK Metropole and use theirs but this year we're in the 247 Boutique and they only seem to have cardio machines ?‍♂️

There's what I call a "proletarian gym" with basic free weights on Pattaya 3rd Road just a 3-4 minute walk north from Tony's gym on the corner of Pattaya 3rd Road and South Pattaya Road.  It's on the west side of 3rd Road.  It's a 100 baht, if I can recall correctly, and pretty basic, but if all you want is a weight work out, it will suffice in a pinch.

Don't quote me but isn't there a Gym on Bukhao opposite the fruit market?. 10 baht or a bit of a jog will get you there from LK.

Somewhere on YouTube, I remember seeing a video about a free outdoor gym somewhere in Pattaya.  I'm not sure where it is, though, but the price is right.  Free.

There's a new Jetts Gym in the Royal Garden shopping mall.  Haven't been in it, but their location on Sukhumvit has free weights.

The flintstones gym. It's on the road that goes up to big buddha hill

I have never been. Just walked past it. Seems they have homemade equipment. Hence the name.
