    Bite Me!

I would not even think to call those crappy 7-11 things sausages! The wrinkly ones pictured above do remind me of non-pork types we get in the UK and are, as you say, meaty. Pallid looking ones may well be a factor of cooking method, some sausages get stewed, nothing wrong with that, my personal favourites were the ones that got roasted with the chicken on Christmas day, and come cold with the sandwiches that evening too.
  2. Sabai-Dee sure has some clout to get it's own pedestrian crossing! Let us see how they do when we run out of water.
  3. Prior to the building of the motorway overpass, perhaps.
  4. As I already said to you, when I try to open a thread I get.... You do not have permission to view this forum. I can see a list of threads... but that is not what we are talking of is it?
  5. Coincidentally my old friend who did the Trident had a Honda CB500 4 (if I recall correctly) as his run about, but the Trident became his fair weather favourite.
  6. I can only say walking through Walking Street the relatively early hour of 8pm I encountered hoards of Chinese tourists, but riding through the other streets yesterday afternoon it appeared quiet. 1974 Norton Commando 850... impressive project. My pal did a Norton Trident and that was way back about when your one was built!
  7. Well as Pattaya Addicts told me.. You do not have permission to view this forum. So it appeared as protected to me!
  8. A good review Gabor.
  9. L.A. Confidential
  10. Well that would match the regularly usable width of Sukhumvit. I often feel it is a waste of a wide highway which is 4 lanes each way is wasted. Lanes are occupied by vehicle repair shops who have laid claim and wherever there is a noodle shop double parking will ensue.
  11. I never really think about these open air music venues. In the past I have frequently been disturbed by festivals, which occur on open land or within temple grounds and last 4 days to a week. I stayed in Nova Park long term once and the music festival at the back of there disturbed even my gregarious sleeping schedule. These usually last a week, near Hooters you got it 365 days/ year, 366 this year!
  12. That looks pretty good. I am a frequent visitor to The Fisherman Cafe out on the lake which is also good. Try lamb or mutton dishes which should be on the bone.... the marrow from the bone really adds to the taste.
  13. Never mind British spelling, Thai spelling of English much more fun.
  14. Cedric the Entertainer
  15. Not a British place... not a British spelling.
  16. Cher
  17. Chilling film...... Winona Ryder
  18. I would say not as easy as you might think and certainly not for the remuneration you might expect. As Butch says, what type of work?
  19. Or, if you fancy lamb, available at a place on soi 7, whatever it is...
  20. Oh well, perhaps we can get the other great food critic Gabor to return then.
  21. Perhaps you should return Evil and try something a little more challenging than pie and chips with beans? I hear well of the Sunday roast.
  22. Although it is not strictly against the rules, rule 18 suggests cross posting from this site to others requires permission. Perhaps better to discuss local posts. What is the rule on this wrt Addicts?
  23. Sexy Beast Shit used already...twice. The Departed Shit again, by me too Cold Mountain
  24. That is surprising so I went and checked my old SMS in the phone, and yes, in February, my transfer from abroad was alerted to me as a baht deposit, and in brackets the sterling amount, exchange rate and -500 all detailed. If I recall correctly I had this type of alert prior to setting up the 25 baht/month ones.
  25. Jack The Giant Slayer.
