Yes I think I saw that in BigC. Don't know what it is but jars of instant coffee don't seem to keep well. Next time I decide I fancy one I find it has solidified into a solid lump in the jar. Likely I don't drink enough of it and should keep using sachets.

If you once fried to connect your device without the UK IP that error will be remembered in the cache. I know I once had to clear all cookies etc relating to BBC IPlayer to get it to work on my laptop once. Have you tried using the player from a browser.
