Intermittently, when trying to access the Pattaya Talk website, I am being redirected to URL4SHORT.INFOIt seems to happen when I click a link within my Yahoo homepage which should take me to http://www.pattayatalk.com/forums/..... not every time though. i read around a bit and it is being suggested the problem lies within google at the server level. A redirect on the search engine. Running Firefox under Vista . Anybody know whether there is an issue on my machine? Up to date on my virus stuff and a full scan recently.

You have been here and seen how the Thais revel in any form of celebration or festival, and the gift giving aspect is not religious. The Santa stuff really goes down well, I attend a Christmas festival here each year and have seen it first hand. The place is already lit up and festive. Let us not be an old Scrooge.

But I doubt any one outfit is better than another where minibus drivers are concerned. Perhaps a coach would be safer, or drive there yourself.

It is still an absolute mess at the Walking Street end where walkers suddenly have nowhere to go. There is a patch just South of Klang that has been dug up and is obviously going to be restoned. As to the decking.... I am not sure what the hell is going on...... the road gets widened, a complete waste of time .... and then they decide to take over part of the beach, which isn't wide enough as it is. I believe they just want more space to set up all the stalls during the festival weekends!
