As I heard it, a win and a loss by City. I checked the table. A Liverpool win gives them 85 points and a City loss keeps them at 60. So City could only then have 84 points max as after Monday there are only eight games remaining. What has it been, 30 years since Liverpool won the league? A shame the season needed to be interrupted. A bigger shame the fans can't be on hand to enjoy it (at Everton) but that's life currently.

The PL is back and no wacmedia. That is concerning. This American is not a competent replacement. I hope one of you UK partisans, or many, will pick up the slack. It was great to see the games back on TV. However, I found the fake crowd noise annoying. I would rather hear the players chirping. The players are out of condition. First half performances were largely absent but there were many exciting second half moments since Wednesday. De Bruyne had a great game for City. A winning goal was missed by officials and technology for Sheffield United. Adama Traore' comes in at 60+ and dominated for the first Wolves' goal. Paul Pogba owned Eric Dier for a penalty kick - successful. There are still more than a few games left but any championship drama could be over tomorrow as Liverpool could clinch with eight to play. It will be interesting to see how they play after this long layoff. Rosters are deeper and substitutes are up to five but there are windows of opportunity for making substitutions. I appreciate why they have Black Lives Matter on the back of the jersey but this American still needs to see player names. That should be next week. Anyway, wac - hope you are OK!

They are hemorrhaging money these days. At least they came through in the end. There may be failed travel businesses of all types in the future, from cruise lines to airlines and even booking companies on the internet. Even when restrictions are lifted, many will be hesitant to travel. Company revenues will be way down. You are correct, once they have your money they are and will be reluctant in this environment to part with it.

Agreed. Most of us have traveled enough to understand that it is our responsibility. I knew a guy who was refused boarding because his passport expired within six months of his flight. He could have found that out. He was a bit clueless; very naive. He got a nice flight to SFO and got to drink beer in a Bay Area bar for two weeks.

I am sure your government has that information online just as the US Department of State has such information. I think the airline just wants to book seats. The USA DoS quick facts related to Thailand travel: PASSPORT VALIDITY: 6 months from date of entry recommended BLANK PASSPORT PAGES: 1 page per stamp TOURIST VISA REQUIRED: No, if your stay is less than 30 days VACCINATIONS: Yellow fever may be required if arriving from certain countries with yellow fever CURRENCY RESTRICTIONS FOR ENTRY: None CURRENCY RESTRICTIONS FOR EXIT: None

I think it depends on the size of the company. For instance, I was concerned a couple of months ago and wrote about the crash of the oil price and its impact on the US industry. A second small shale oil company has just filed for bankruptcy. These little fish will likely get eaten by bigger ones. Don't get me wrong. I am not anti business and not anti Big Oil. It's just how the system tends to work.

I might lose something in a backyard that size. Makes me hesitant to go in head first.

Knowing one's daughter is within a half mile of a murder suspect who has shot two at least two cops so far requires something mellow. edit: My daughter is home!

There is a series on EPIX TV called "Laurel Canyon". It's focus is the community of music artists that started the music industry in California in the 1960s. It had been a NY industry. Great videos, photos, interviews and of course music. https://www.epix.com/series/laurel-canyon
