I am happy and sad in equal parts to see this. Flying the world as a contractor has been a big part of my life but the realization that I've only got 2 or 3 flights to UK left in my life leaves me in utter despair. What I've noticed on Pattaya Tai is that the new drains are still an inch above the "finished" road surface. This could be that the intention is to tarmac up to that level in the future or the new drainage system is for when the existing drains can't handle a heavier downpour.

I get on very well with both my sons in UK (Mid to late 30's age wise) one is a "shop steward" or whatever the union rep is called nowadays and the other is business oriented mid right Tory. I have just refilled my water bottle from their filter machine and it looked a bit yellow so I chucked it away and swished out the bottle. The next refill looked clear (I boil it for coffee anyway) so you could just be right, as is normal of course!

Are there any restrictions currently in place? The reason I ask is that I was using my neighbour's washing machine this morning, which is next to their water storage tank. At 8am it started refilling and by the splashing noises it seemed quite low so I doubt that it was a normal cock and ball controlled refill.. Whenever I see them I'll ask of course, but maybe they don't know...

I thought I'd report that we ended up in Zen in Central because it was pissing it down on Sunday ...... which would have been great in PBG with the shutters down. My daughter was looking absolutely stunning and I'm sure a few of the managers/servers in PBG would have been surprised how she has grown up !! Maybe next year ....
