Rather than buying a relatively expensive data card, why not get a mobile that has Internet connectivity via GPRS? A simple USB cable connection and you have the benefit of GPRS Internet access as well as a mobile phone. The AIS GPRS service starts with a 100 hour package for a month at 350 baht + 7% VAT a month. I'm running an old IBM Thinkpad 600X connected to a Sony Ericsson k510i and whilst speed isn't great it's acceptable for simple browsing, e-mail & text services.

You can get a big furnished condo with separate bedroom, 2x air-con, balcony in Center Condo (Pattaya Tai / opposite Tukcom) for 15k a month + bills. Only a 4 minute walk to Walking Street and conenient for the market as well.

Can you give an indicative all inclusive price on say a unit for a 4m x 4m bedroom with an external wall. Ground floor (not high up condo) and usage pattern of up to 10 hours per day?

After speaking with them in regard to options for my last trip, I will not bother again. Language was the first barrier and their prices were nowhere near what they were advertising on their website. (And yes, I am aware that taxes have to be added!)

But in the US could your budget include shagging two young girls each and every day of the week?

During my recent trip, I made several enquiries as to to what had become of Ms Eva. It seems that she was simply abandoned by Ali in Cherry Bar on Soi 8 back in January 2007 after a night out on a Bar Crawl. She made a few guest appearances at the parties for a month or so after this, but she was unable to find a new sponsor and her health was poor. She had no 'loom' and took up lodging in one of the lock up cupboards under the bar. This was okay until the night that the bar was hurriedly emptied due to a landlord dispute and she has not been seen since.

I've managed a couple of visits to my 'local' and have been made most welcome both times. It's a nice place to visit guys and IMO makes a change from the full on atmosphere of central Pattaya. I've managed a visit to another bar on the 'darkside', but I've been asked not to mention its name or location as the BM that took me there wants it to remain a hidden gem for those in the know only. Probably try another 'darkside' bar tonight, but expect to end up at Noi's as it's only a three minute walk home from there.

Rightsaid, I just thought I'd add that I still think Ann #30 is a great looking girl who is also great fun to be with. I hope to pop in for a beer and a chat in the next couple of weeks.

Great rates advertised in the email and on the website but they couldnt actually supply any tickets at that price., I gave a range of dates covering 12 days for departure in April / May and 5 days for the return. Best that they could actually supply over the phone was Thai @ £463.10 return. A complete waste of time. If price is the main criteria (it is for me), then Aeroflot at £370 return takes some beating.

Went on FLB Bar Crawl on 11th Jan and I already 'hab (ex and now current again) FLB lady in condo'. Drinking in one bar and I'm staring at a cute ass gyrating about in another. Wander over, say hello and buy drink. Go back to Bar 1 and continue to watch for another 5 minutes Wander back to bar and pay barfine. With just a couple of missed nights in the first week, ended up as a 46 night (I think) live-in. Still in regular contact and we'll see what happens in July.

Center Condo on South Pattaya Road I have an existing contract to rent a furnished 1 bedroom condo located on the 4th Floor of Center Condo n South Pattaya Road. The contract has been signed for 6 months, however it will be relinquished after just three. If anyone is interested in taking over the contract on this unit from 15th March for the remaining three months, please contact me. The rent is 15,000 baht per month + utilities (Average 800 baht per month over the past two months) The condo block is very centrally located with Walking Street being just a two minute walk away and Soi Buakhaow market less than a minute.
