I had a great day sheltering from the rain in Soi Post Office. I think it was a bar called Office Girls.I had all the girls to myself.The lights went out but they were still determined to get me to short time one of them in the dark.They said one of them would hold the torch. I didnt take any of them because they werent the best looking bunch, but I should have.

You can renew your yearly visa without leaving the country. Its a few hundred dollars. During the day you could drink in bars. ride a motorbike out into the country, monger , take drugs or socialise with any new friends you meet. They have at health and fitness clubs with swimming pools. Or you are allowed to work.

Was that with Airline Network? I couldnt find any with that criteria for under £590.

Airline network are £600 and above from Glasgow with emirates. To get one thats changable ( £75 and £100 penalty) and a short stopover at Dubai, are over £700.

Great price. I usually book with airline network at about £550, but this year looks like £700 ish. How many nectar points is that? Maybe I should get a nectar card.

I was going to fly straight to PP in cambo, but its £500 more to fly there than Bkk. So its probably better for me to spend the 1st and last few weeks of my trip in Bkk and take a £40 flight from Bkk to PP. Emirates flights are up a bit already.

I just realised after I posted that you wouldnt need a password if its unsecure Doh. I think I win dumb post of the month I was thinking of the lk metro area too. I knew a BM who stayed in Chaiyapoon and picked up all the local hotels.

Anyone got a cheap condo for rent by the month for approximately 4 months from the 12th January in Pattaya or Bangkok?

Best to wait until after the elections, but I cant see why the prices will keep going up. I think people just compare it to the west and assume it must be a bargain.

The price I got for 5 weeks at skytop from the 6th December is a bit less than the monthly rate I paid in a different budget hotel last year , paying 3 months up front in last years place, and skytop is probably a better location. Theres no point in quoting the price as there are too many variables in each persons requirements. I am happy with the deal , and am confident that skytop will be good from what BigD and Jack have said about the place. If I like it, I might stay for the rest of my holiday. I usually always book a balcony room because of the lack of fire escapes in los and obviously

I couldnt get booked until I saw this thread, and therefore cant understand your critisism. The thread drew everyones attention to some availability, and a short email would get you a price quote. imho, this was a helpful thread.
