I can believe that San Fransisco is on the list. It has got to be one of the most unfriendly airports I've ever flown into. U-tapao airport is small and easy to get through security. When I want to samui, I walked threw the door and was getting on the place 15 minutes later. My taxi was late picking me up and I was sure I wouldn't make the flight. But, no problem. The Taxi ride cost the same as going to BKK, that sucked. Think I'd take a shuttle next time.
