I've had the cod (Norwegian) at a few places and it always was dry, tasteless and/or freezer burnt and of course more expensive. Edit. I will usually add 4 or 5 splashes of vinegar on my fish and was shocked to see this bloke at Simon's add 20 or so splashes to his (not to mention salt) and 2 minutes later he added about 10 more. How can anyone tell if their fish was decent if they add that much vinegar?

They have replaced a meal for me and another time they just removed the charge from my bin. Agreed, not the usual Thai approach.

Merry Christmas Kevin. Say hi to Daw for me and Tiger too. -
I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The food is average at best. I don't go there to eat.

Anyone stayed at the Golf Club?
steamer replied to prorose's topic in Hotel and Accommodation Questions
I was surprised to hear they have rooms (only 4). If that doesn't work out for you try a new place 5 minutes walk away. http://www.agoda.com...acle_house.html They're new, clean, fresh, friendly and cheap. -

Pattaya: what is the best street to stay?

If they aren't 1 in a thousand then they are lazy. Weighing 20 stone doesn't cut it either. -
Pattaya: what is the best street to stay?

Grew up with some folks who had MS as well as some that had CP. What's yer point? That every conversation should revolve around their special needs? Even they don't feel that way. Nothing like talking about the minority when it's not necessary. -

Soi 13 to walking street will be the easiest of any journey a special needs individual will ever take on their holiday to to the LoS. Stop looking for an argument. -
Pattaya: what is the best street to stay?
steamer replied to TheHunter's topic in General Discussion about Pattaya
I think it's fair to consider a normal scenario unless someone states otherwise. No? Just as many aren't turned off of guesthouses without lifts but others might. Other than that, sometimes soi 13 is where I jump off the songtaew due to traffic congestion on beach road. -

Private Dancer A Gogo
steamer replied to Private Dancer's topic in Bars/Gogos/Business Owners' Forum
Perhaps a service girl can come around with a bowl/plate of food and try to get the punter to get a drink with it at the same time? Or, she could ask if you wanted a bowl of chili and then bring it to the punter as a way to keep the balloon chasers in check? If there then seems to be extra a free for all would be allowed. -
was gunna post something similar. Usually only one thing on my mind walking down soi 6 from second rd and then my head is swimming afterwards. I don't typically hang around after the deed is done.
