Always fly China - the only flights out of Hawaii that arrive at 1600 as opposed to around midnight for every other carrier. I have enough miles that I will be sitting in the front row in another day and a wake up. you might want to double check that price though - my ticket from HNL to BKK was $880 - about $200 more than usual with surcharge for fuel.

Even if you tell cheaptickets or whomever....and tell the young ladies at check-in of your miles number...KEEP YOUR BOARDING PASSES.....if you get screwed...these are the only items that China will accept to correct the miles...and of course send copies and keep originals

This upcoming flight (end of July) - I have enough miles to upgrade to Dynasy class - a big plus especially on the 10 1/2 hour HNL - TPE leg.
