  1. No you're not. If you're a true fan , you'll call it F O O T B A L L
  2. I think the wording here is important. Manure Football Club may be most valuable but what Evil said was the most profitable ; as the club was sold at a low price and making similar money as the others.
  3. give him a break. its tough to find where the fine line between customers and staff are. but i agree if the girls dont want their faces on the net , its up to them.
  4. Thanks guys Interesting! I also thought it was football that would be most profitable due to their world wide appeal. But american sports marketing (regardless if you agree with their tactics!) are stil the best in the world. Just look at how the WWF (now WWE) was transformed.
  5. Taiwanese nabbed in Phuket Bangkok Post A Taiwanese man wanted in Taiwan on drug charges has been arrested in Phuket, provincial immigration police chief Panuwat Ruamrak said at a press conference yesterday. Pol Col Panuwat said Wu Jung-Mu, 50, was arrested by immigration police at the request of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Thailand. A local court in Taiwan issued a warrant for his arrest on Nov 28, 2003 and the TECO in Thailand asked the Immigration Police Bureau to find out if he had fled to Thailand. Police learned that Wu Jung-Mu last entered Thailand via Suvarnabhumi airport on Oct 27, 2009, with a visa was valid until Jan 24, 2010. The man sought an extension of his visa at the Phuket immigration office on Jan 11 this year and was given an extension until Jan 24 next year. Pol Col Panuwat said the immigration office revoked his visa on Aug 4 and arrested him at an apartment in Phuket's Muang District on Aug 10. The TECO in Thailand had been contacted to make arrangements for his deportation to Taiwan after completing all legal proceedings in Thailand, he said. http://www.phuketgazette.net/archives/arti...rticle9108.html
  6. I dont see any difference in your biz and the car rental just across (any) street. I would rent one close to the hotel and I dont have to travel to collect or return it. The point of renting a car is the convinience A suggestion to expand your business - have a delivery and pick up service at hotels.
  7. Curious NOT confrontational .............. where did you get these facts.
  8. Remember to post the pictures! Damn...... wish I was there!
  9. Not just blue collor crimes but also white collar crimes. Many asians are also hiding all over Pattaya and Thailand. I've met a few from Hong Kong that open dim sum or wan ton noodles etc resturants that ......... lets just say can never go home again.
  10. any deposit? I assume you need a driver's license but what if I dont have an international one? Do you deliver and pick up the car to the hotel? Have you got a lazy ass car like Honda Fit (I am on holiday!)? I always wanted to drive cos of the places like Ninja mu ka ta is too damn far to walk as well as to explore the hill and Jomtiem!
  11. Thai Airasia copy! I think Nok will continue domestic flights while the new airline will take advantage of Tiger Air's links with China , India etc
  12. Like I said , the law suits and complains can follow but the cops will side the hotel owners and there's nothing you can do. A nite like this would ruin your entire trip so why bother. Back to the original question - Why not just find a hotel that doesnt charge joiners fee that go thru the whole episode? Plenty of them that only requires ID card to be left with the security. Its a good practise as they'll call you ; before the girls collects her ID card , to leave to check if you're ok.
  13. Aint hotels private property? They reserve ALL rights to kick anyone out if they please. Law suits and complaints can come later but they can do anything within the law at that particular moment.
  14. Yeah .... disappointing isnt it?
  15. Thanks for the pictures ; loved them , especially the one with the impromtu dancing. Where were the indian tailors?

  17. Yeah , a band would be too loud for a chill place like PBG. How about some injecting some jazz or blues into your music videos. Not the hardcore type but the easy listening so the girls will like it too. Explain the King loves jazz too!
  18. Around this time last year , i bought my Sin-Bkk-Sin tickets for Songkran 2010 for about 1500B incl of all taxes. Hope its something similar!
  19. I agree with Fat Controller ; btw , if we hit the buffets together , we'll bankrupt the place. 555555 The other shops are westernised and prices similar to home but the food there is great and in an aircon enviroment. We seldom go to Big C in North Pattaya anymore for our MK fix coz Central Festival is more central and has more choices. The fruits at the supermarket are also fresh and prices are fair.
  20. every major event is behind schedule ; olympics , World Cup etc etc. But for some reason , they'll get it done in time.
  21. Is the place new? I always go to the 7-11 (or family mart) at the corner for my stuff and never noticed it. It's before the internet shop and travel agencies?
  22. I assume he's taking about Central Festival.
  23. Queen's visit catches Puyol off-guard By Ewen Boey After Spain's 1-0 triumph over Germany in the World Cup semi-finals, Queen Dona Sofia popped by the Spanish dressing room for a post-match visit. Caught slightly off-guard, most of the players were either half-dressed or still in their kits as shoes and water bottles were strewn all over the floor as they stood and clapped to welcome their Queen. Goal-scoring hero Carles Puyol was particularly unfortunate as he was spotted in only his towel covering his modesty. He then bravely stepped forward to shake the Queen's hand before running for cover behind his team-mates who all had a good laugh at his expense. The Queen told the players how proud "todo Espana" is of them, and that they were "Marvilloso." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8bRn8lt5M1Q...player_embedded
  24. Imagine Patong's beer bars in Soi Seadragon ; then times that by at least 5. Soi2/3 , Soi 6 , Soi 7/8 , Soi Diana , LK Metro as well as many other beer bar complexes. Then imagine Soi Cowboy and times that about 3 or 4 times and you'll have Walking Street. However , unlike Phuket island , the beaches suck but like Phuket , the bitches suck! 5555555
  25. Will I see thai girls in office wear? if so , woopie ........
