  4. Never been any bars or other noise around Tycoon Place! Street is also a one way so hardly any traffic at all as well! ...but with new Indian ownership and hords of Indian tour groups invading the place, I'm pretty sure it will be very noisy inside! Plahgat
  5. Tycoon Place has been taken over by Indian owner/management, and now caters mostly to Indian tourgroups! Plahgat

  7. UK men first to get erection cream Vitaros WORLD NEWS | JUNE 17, 2014 " Men in the UK suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED) are the first in the world to get access to the first cream on the market for treating the condition. From this week patients aged over 18 will be able to get a prescription for Vitaros (topical alprostadil cream) - developed by Apricus Bioscienes but marketed in the UK by Takeda - offering another treatment option to the 2.3 million in the country with ED. The cream comes in a single use, disposable applicator and can produce an erection within five-30 minutes, providing an alternative, non-invasive option for those men considering alprostadil treatment. Approval in Europe came in June last year, on the back of Phase III clinical trial data showing that almost 40% of men using 300mcg of topical alprostadil experienced a clinically significant improvement in their erection function compared to 21% of men using placebo. In a long-term open label study, 90% of men using Vitaros for six months considered their erection improved compared to at the beginning of the trial, Takeda noted. Professor Raj Persad, Consultant Urologist and Andrologist, The Bristol Urological Institute, said Vitaros is "an important step forward in the treatment of ED", and one that might help treat more patients with the condition. "As Vitaros is easy to use and only needs verbal instruction around the application of the cream, it could potentially be prescribed in primary care, giving GPs and practice nurses the ability to treat more men with ED," he noted. Read more at: http://www.pharmatim...x#ixzz36FMbOdG9 Follow us: @PharmaTimes on Twitter More info how it works and how to apply it in here: http://www.medicines.org.uk/emc/medicine/28866/SPC/Vitaros+3+mg+g+cream/ Since it is applied locally the side effects on the rest of the body is less than with orally taken ED pills. The onset is also faster from 5-30 minutes and lasts for 1-2 hours. You also doesn't need to be aroused for it to work. Sounds like the perfect cream to use for a short time! Negatives are it needs to be kept cool at 2-8 degrees C, and once out of the fridge it will only last for 3 days if you keep it under 25 degrees C. According to the manufacturer they are working with a Vitaros II that are supposed to be able to store in normal room temperature as well. Anyone in the UK that are voluntarily to try this, please put up your review on here ! Plahgat
  8. Great pictures PC! Made me really miss Bangkok, I didn't visit as many times as I would have wanted to this year because of yellow shirts and curfews, and now I must wait until next year when I'll get the chance again! Plahgat
  9. Great photos again! I "overslept" my last day/night in BKK so I didn't arrive at SC until after dark, I was thinking of trying to get a few daylight photos of the girls as well but failed! Those Deja Vu coyotes are really cute, one with nice hooters grabbed me as I was walking by on my last night and called me "Mr Gigolo", never heard that one before! When I waived a 20 baht in front of her she got all excited and jumped on me screaming in joy and ripped the 20 baht note out of my hand like she had won the jackpot! They must be very desperate! Plahgat Here's a couple from the 26 May.
  10. To be honest most of the girls in the pictures are coyotes working at the Arab's bars, and if they are available be prepared to pay a premium price! Plahgat PS great pictures as usual, if i try to walk up to the girls that close with my camera they'll turn their backs immediately! I take it you sit at one of the outside bars and use your camera with discretion!?
  11. If she was using this bottle, it's actually fish sauce! The Squid symbol and name is the Brand name only! I use the same back home in Sweden. Plahgat
  12. The cheapest I've found for a 4X100 mg pack of Sidegra in Pattaya is 200 baht, up on Soi Dianna left hand side a small pharmacy between Soi LK Metro and Soi Bua Khao. In BKK I always buy them for 180 baht at the drugstore to the right of the Soi 4 entrance on Sukhumvit Rd. Plahgat
  13. Outside most 7/eleven there is a small mashine were you can insert money to top up your sim, and extend the validity! Plahgat
  14. Yes, Soi Cowboy was dead last night, but NEP was open with loads of customers! Rainbow 2 and 4, Lollipop and Angelwitch were filled to the rim, Rainbow 4 had customers waiting in a long line outside to get a seat! Plahgat

  16. Probably too lazy at the Chomthien Immigration, to solve this by themselves!? True, I will not be calmed until I got the extension stamped in my passport! Plahgat
  17. Just been to the airport and got my problem fixed! Two shy and friendly woman immigration officers did it for me in less than an hour and no money payed! As I already expected they somehow had mixed up mine and another guys photos and put them in the wrong guys passport-files in their computer! They found out that the other guy had already left Thailand via Phuket, so they telephoned to the Phuket Immigration to clear up the matter so they would know who of us is still in Thailand and who has left. They said that there shouldn't be any problem longer with extending my visa, but just in case they gave me a phone number Pattaya Immigration can call if they need more info. I'm now in a hotelroom in Nana BKK, and plan to go back to Pattaya on Tuesday morning, so I hope there will stil be time to get the extension at Pattaya Immigration so I have the extension in my passport at Friday the latest! Plahgat
  18. I would think that my passport would be enough to verify who i am. I got no time anyway to involve my embassy as well. Plahgat
  19. Hi! I have now been in Thailand and Pattaya for almost two months (9 March), and it is time again to extend my 60 days tourist visa with another 30 days. I had some serious problems last year when my passport disappeared in the Immigration Office in Chomthien, and it took some time and help to get it back, so I thought that this year I will use a visa-travel agency to make the extension for me from the beginning so that I don't have to go through all the hassle at Chomtien Immigration again! Four days ago I gave my passport and a photo to a visa-travel agency on Soi Bua Khao, and it would cost 1100 baht for their services and 1900 baht for the visa extension itself. Today I went to the their office to pick it up, but the guy in charge said they had some major problems with my passport and the visa didn't go through! According to the immigration officers, when they had checked my name in their computer-register, it came up showing a photo with another face than mine!? Immigration said that the photo I gave them and the photo that showed up wasn't of the same person, so they couldn't extend my visa!!! WTF!!!??? Instead they had adviced me to go to the Immigration at the airport myself, because they suspect that someone in there has mixed up my and another tourists photo, and put them with the wrong person's passport information when I arrived almost two months ago! So tomorrow I while have to take a bus to Suwannapoom and try to have this straightened out! If for some reasons they can't or won't change my photo in my personal datafiles, I'll have to leave Thailand on 9th of March. Don't know if their old computerfiles will be dismissed when I leave, and new files will be made when I re-enter, or if this problem will follow me and give me problems entering Thailand again!? Anyone ever had this problem? According to the guy in the visashop he had never encountered or heard of anyone having this problem before, that immigration has mixed up tourists identities like this! What has happened in the first place is probably that the immigration officer that stamped my passport when I arrived has mixed up my photo taken with their webcam, with some other guy's passport info and viceversa, probably standing infront or behind me in the same queue. If it get solved I just hope I will have time to try another extension, before my date runs out on Friday 7 of March, because Immigration will be closed on my two last days because of the weekend. I will take the opportunity to stay 3 nights in Bangkok in case it will take longer to solve than I expect, so I don't have to go and come back to Pattaya every day! It will also give me some time to check out the nightlife at Nana Plaza. Will see how it goes! Plahgat

  23. Read somewhere that if you use a foreign ATM card with Visa they charge you 150 baht, but if you use the foreign ATM card with Mastercard they charge you 180 baht! True or not? Plahgat
  24. I usually take the Jomthien bound airport bus but and get off at Sukhumvit and North Pattaya Rd juntion, walk across the road and take a songthaew 10 baht down North Pattaya Rd to the beach and get off at the Mike Shopping Mall and walk up along the artists lane to Second Rd and cross the street and walk up Soi Dianna to Soi Bua Khao. I used to take the regular songthaew that leaves from the North Pattaya bus-station for 20 baht, but lately they take a long time to go anywhere as many tourists uses it as a taxi and pay the driver extra to take them directly to their hotel. Doing it this way is ofcourse not for everyone, but since I only have a backpack with less than 10 kg weight it's not that heavy and I always arrive just after sunset in January so the weather is pleasant and not too warm. I enjoy the walk as well after the long and cramped flight to stretch my legs and once again soak in the sights, sounds and smells of Pattaya after a 7 months absence! Plahgat
