Lately, there hasn't been one 24 hour period where there hasn't been any rain here in Pattaya!

I love the rain it has kept the lakes full this year,no water shortages,it cleans pattaya up and its cooled the summer down ..now i have to cut the boodly grass cause the rain makes it grow to quick,

its been raining on and off for the past 2 months mainly thunder storms that last for 2 to 3 hrs,but lately stop start heavy rain from the tyfoon around china,the tail end,lasting a bit longer

Is it easier or more difficult to LT a BG in a deluge? I mean... they all know customers are not streaming in from foot traffic, but on the other hand...no one wants to walk around in the down pour. I think it will be easier to get favorable prices during heavy rain. no?
