I checked out the prices they advertise for the condos in Nova Mirage where I have 2 condos..They charge 16,000 and I charge 15,000 per month...So it seems they DO think that it is worth that much..bizarre...but who would pay that much.. :clueless

Oh my god. If I win the lottery, then that would be my place. That place has to be 30mb and up, maybe 40mb?

I think you are probably right on the mark.

A 7% return on the rent would place it around the 35 MB area.

$7,500 a month. How many barfines + massages is that?

Oddly enough, you could rent the equivalent in Vegas for under 2,000 per month and spend the rest on gambling and hookers.

Sounds like a better deal to head for Vegas, than Patts.

Was that the building that lay semi finished and open to the weather for years? Always meant to remember the name of it to avoid at all costs.
