Is that a Jet Provost MK5 or 4 I see there?   I started my flight training, back in the day, on the JP Mk3.  I never flew a prop aircraft until I bought my own 30 years later.

Not a single aircraft actually designed and produced by Thais, ok for aviation history buffs I suppose, and ok for extracting baht from visitors, but it's hardly RAF Duxford. Personally I think I'd have more fun in the Swiss Navy Museum.

Free entrance - so how are they extracting baht from visitors?

Isn't the 'new' proposed tax a tourist tax payable on arrivals. AFAIK the old departure tax is still collected and included in ticket prices.
