Well the idea is that you respond to the latest correct post, and there are a few well known faces in 'Keeping Mum'... it was on my TV the day before I posted actually (Sophon). It seems a bit disorganised to retreat back up the thread and supply alternative answers, and strange for me to respond to my own 'Keeping Mum' post. If the 24 hour rule is to be imposed, why did you not use it on the latest post?

Generally some security deposit is taken, but this is just to get a bit more cash into the renter's pocket and is not the extent of your liability. If you rent a scooter in LOS, generally you are responsible for it 100%, so if it goes, you pay. A small number of companies (Mai Pang is one) offer more comprehensive insurance. Not certain it covers theft as I know motorcycle theft insurance is expensive in Pattaya, and often only available as an incentive to buy new.

I was a regular on United Biz Class long haul to Hong Kong and was annoyed I had to use the same airline as the group travelling. God forbid a yank has to travel a non-USA carrier and lose those precious miles. We could have gone SQ or Cathay. Just a couple more quickies....Does it appear to be just the taskbar that is blinking, or is there a little bit just above it blinking too? Roll your mouse over the top edge of the taskbar, the cursor should change from an pointer to a double headed arrow....left click and drag upwards, this will increase the height of the taskbar and you can answer my question easily. If you have tried to click on the blink, I presume your mouse pointer remains visible in the defective area, or does it blink on and off too? Are you running ATI? There was an issue with Vista SP1, and Aero option, try the following to change your Windows appearance. Close open programs and right click on your desktop. Select Personalise. Select Windows Color and Apprearance. Select Open Classic Appearance Properties for more color options. Another window 'Appearance Settings' should pop up. Deselect Aero (select Windows Vista Basic) Apply and OK Good luck.

No no no, you are meant to struggle to your feet, then limp in an exagerrated fashion for 20 paces, then run off as if nothing happened! I would like to think UK refs are unbiased, or if they are, that like the average UK male, they are biased AGAINST MU. I do believe they fear making strong reaction to big-name player's misdemeanors, in the end the game must go on. But these incidents are relatively few and that googled stats likely have little meaning. Let the game go on, but for me, it will on average, not be dull...

I was under the impression he said 'I think' The second sentence might have been better written that MU will play for the penalty... when perhaps behind. No great surprise for me there. Give us some information. What brand of laprop? What model of laptop. What operating system is it.... Windows? XP, Vista or Windows 7 Or is it a Mac (Apple) Do you have another monitor you could connect it to? I suspect it is an issue with the LCD panel but we need to eliminate simpler issues first. If you have a digital camera take a pic and post it here!

Make a screen copy and post it for us with a description. At first thought it is a screen problem, but perhaps it is just the taskbar.
