  1. I was in Red Ant last night and while the price is a bit high, the quality and quantity was superb, no sign of any lady boy It was packed (with Russians) and still packed at 2am when i drove past taking my mate back to his hotel. Back on topic. There is a development in Jomtien called Seven Seas, owned by a bunch of Indians, 3000 units and over 800 sold already in less than 4 months. Its not Thais who have bought them, Its mostly Russians and Indians, they have just announced another development of high rises (slums) that they will build close by to the first one. All of the units sold in
  2. Thats because i was in hospital having an operation, just like i posted at the time and you even acknowledged that, so shut the fuck up you useless cunt.
  3. I just looked in my "Bothered pocket" and there is nothing in there. Seriously, if you dont want this kind of tripe and shite on your forum - ban him! simple as.. He still continues to insult after all of your warnings etc which leads me to believe he knows this and uses this against you and this forum.
  4. Ill have a chat to you face to face to shut your fuckin mouth once and for all when i see you in Pattaya WS, you are a cunt who needs banning and you need to fuck off back to that commie shit hole you call Budapest
  5. If MM would just ban Gabor for life there would be no need to amend/make any rules
  6. I would think whats happened in Cyprus is just small change to them. I live in Wongamat (not for much longer as we have just sold) and it is full of Russians (wealthy ones) on holiday and they are buying up condos like they are going out of fashion. Just past my building they are building 3 more huge projects with about 3000 more condos. Most are sold at circa 70% to Russians. When they built South Point which is just further back along soi 18 from 16, a Russian tour company bought one entire tower of 480 units and an average 6 million baht per unit. Soi 18 and 16 are full of Russian resta
  7. When posting in any section of the forum, name calling or attacks of anyones family members will not be tolerated. Anyone doing this WILL be banned for life
  8. Thats just the small price to pay for living in fun town lol
  9. First you will need to put together a very good CV and upload it onto many different Expat websites along with certificates you have etc. Then apply like everyone else. Bear in mind that there are 100s of jobs and thousands of people applying for them. Alot of applicants are from Asia and they work and live on a lot less than you would like to earn, I would suggest with what you have said - you look at finding work over in East or West Africa and then either live in as Expat or rotate in/out
  10. I think just about everyone gets this, i blame it on the AC and airplanes being too cramped. Each time i have returned home, i end up with this cough for about 1 month, until this time back in December i drank a cup of hot water with a spoon of honey and a whole squeezed lemon, it worked for me.
  11. First you need an employer, they should do it all for you. Why are you looking at getting a work permit, if you give us some back round, we may be able to help you better
  12. It becomes super busy all around the city, staring today, i have been up and down Sukhomvit Road and its busy already. It will make things difficult getting around over the weekend
  13. Ill just skip to your last question, I have Banglamung and its crap, when i lived in East Pattaya i had TMN and it was better, had more news, movie and sports channels and if i could change it where i ma - i would do so in a heart beat. It is only available in certain parts of East Pattaya but it does have Sawaddee Pattaya Channel which plays lots of older comedies like Dads Army and it ain't half hot mum
  14. I was taken there a few years back when i came off my bike. I found them very good, very efficient and very reasonable, and some very cute nurses. I have heard too many bad stories about BKK Pattaya and i hope never to have to go there again
  15. Slightly off topic, i sat on the beach today and the Jet Ski Scam is alive and well. I saw a group of Russians get turned over for a large sum of cash even though they called the police.
  16. Great stuff AussieChic, great fish and looks like you had a great day
  17. Yes, in some places. Not all Indians are cheap charlies and so short of money like many think
  18. A little bit further away from Central Pattaya, up in Wongamat - Naklua Soi 16, right at the very end of the soi around to the right. There is a newly opened big open air (roof over) Indian restaurant called Seven Seas. I tried i a few nights ago. Food was good and large portions, service good. One of the better Indians i have been to in my 9 years here. I tried a few different dishes and thought it was good. Average price will cost you about 250 baht for your curry + what ever you want to add i.e nan or rice
  19. If you go to the better expat club at their is an expat who volunteers each week to take people like you to the license center and they all have no issues. You should not believe everything you read on Thai Visa
  20. So the actual owner has gone to the Philippines and you are the middle man? If you have bought it off of the owner, why are YOU trying to sell up so soon
  21. Have you ever been there and tried this your self? I thought not. I have and it works if you are polite and tell them you need to get this done as you wont be in country, hence the reason why you need to do this early, i did mine - no problems. Sometimes you have to stop listening to "Dads Army" and go look yourself
